07/01/2026: The English ambiance and decor were fantastic; we felt right at home. The manager and her daughter gave us a very warm welcome and were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We tried the golden latte (very good), chai latte (good), and Earl Grey custard tart (very good) – all excellent! We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband's birthday. The manager even gave us a small gift, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

20/02/2026: Hello, unfortunately the quality has dropped considerably. I was wondering if this was normal, and we went to another Léon today, the one in Châtelet, as well as another one in Paris a few months ago, and it was really very good there. The real taste of the old days. Here, at the one in Vélizy, the mussel pots have no flavor, the sauce is tasteless… And it's a shame, because it wasn't like this before. So we're forced to go elsewhere to find the real taste. Otherwise, the staff is friendly.

07/02/2026: We were very disappointed with this restaurant, which we had tried several years ago when it was located near the city center. The service was very slow and sloppy (drinks were forgotten, it was impossible to keep the bottle of white wine chilled, and the dishes weren't served at the same time), and the quality was more than questionable considering the price (€160 for four people). The chef wasn't very welcoming. We do not recommend it.

08/02/2026: Excellent brasserie! I've eaten there many times and it's always top-notch. Delicious and generous portions, quality ingredients, efficient service, and a very pleasant atmosphere. You feel right at home, whether it's for a quick lunch or a more leisurely meal. A sure bet, I highly recommend it!

09/12/2025: Good evening. We went there this Saturday. The atmosphere was just okay. Unfortunately, the restaurant has lost its charm with the new decor, which is certainly modern but has no connection to Leon's origins (beaches, Belgium, the name of all the mussel dishes). The aprons on each server used to give a nice, local touch from the north. Before, we had a wide selection of mussels (more than ten) and waffles too. Now there are only four or five mussel dishes, no more seafood, and a few other dishes, but nothing special. The casserole size has been reduced, as has the portion of fries. And the beer selection is limited to three amber beers. The famous Leon waffle/Grandpa Leon waffle is no longer available, even though we came specifically for it. The waitress was pleasant, but nothing more. I think the new designers are trying to appeal to a younger clientele (I'm one of them, but they've missed the mark) with a rather bland atmosphere. The Hawaiian/beach theme has nothing to do with what was presented before... it could have been improved, but we were disappointed; there were other ideas they could have used. So, we've been coming for years, but frankly, we won't be back because we're disappointed with the choice.

The menu offers a variety of Portuguese dishes at very affordable prices. And the food is simply delicious! You're welcomed like family. Raphaël, Diana, and Tony are incredibly warm, generous, and friendly. They're very attentive and concerned about your well-being; you're treated like family! Go without hesitation! You won't be disappointed! Thank you so much!

14/12/2025: Well, the wine is good. However, I never saw the price list on the table. From beginning to end, I never knew how much things cost. As a starter, we ordered gizzards, which were tasty, but the portions were a bit limited, as was the bread. Main course: bland, overcooked meat, soggy french fries. This dessert, a biscuit cake, has nothing to do with the traditional Portuguese biscuit cake. They should change the name. Finally, coffee and brandy. The brandy container is very funny. Comfort: inconfortable chairs, slow service, and not very welcoming.

25/11/2025: Regarding the food, I discovered this little restaurant thanks to the package. A very nice find, the menu is simple but very good. The ribs were absolutely delicious. One small negative point: a little too much salt. But otherwise, we'll definitely be back. The staff's cheerfulness is very pleasant. As for the package drop-off, the hours are very limited, but it's very convenient for large packages that don't fit in the locker.

16/01/2026: This small restaurant is incredibly popular, so I recommend calling ahead and making a reservation. Thank you to them for taking me in without a reservation, despite the rush. It has a family atmosphere; you feel right at home. The people are friendly and welcoming, both staff and customers. The food is delicious, and the andouillette sausage I had for lunch today was amazing 🙏 It's inexpensive and the portions are generous. You definitely won't leave hungry. I highly recommend it 👌 It's one of my favorites, and I'll be back every time I'm in the area.

30/01/2026: Small Portuguese restaurant. Pleasant welcome and service. Beautiful plates of very tender beef skewers and delicious grilled calamari. The small warm rice pudding with cinnamon was succulent. Reasonable bill. A restaurant to recommend.
