29/09/2024: Plus de 2100 avis à l'heure où j'écris cet avis et 4.8/5 ... et 5/5 sur Tripadvisor... Qu'est-ce que je peux dire de plus ? En vérité de vérité ? Je ne peux que confirmer le bouche à oreille que j'ai pu entendre sur ce resto et les avis écrits sur internet. Versaray est un resto situé à quelques pas de la gare de Chantiers, autant vous dire que c'est très facile d'accès pour aller manger sur le pouce ou bien se poser et délecter les mets proposés par l'enseigne. Nous sommes très bien accueilli en rentrant et croyez-moi que ça joue beaucoup. Surtout dans les enseignes turques et kebaps, fast foods, c'est rare d'avoir une ambiance/service un minimum respectable. Ici, nous nous sentons à l'aise !! Ça, c'était la partie service et ambiance. Venons en aux plats et à la cuisine. Ne cherchez pas plus loin, ici, nous avons droit au meilleur kebap des Yvelines. Vraiment. Je n'oserais pas dire Île-de-France car je n'ai pas la prétention d'en avoir testé plus d'une trentaine mais ça ne m'étonnerait pas qu'il soit hissé dans le Top 10 tant la viande proposée est d'une qualitée rare avec un goût fumé, épicé et délicieux. Ça, c'était la partie service et ambiance. Venons en aux plats et à la cuisine. Ne cherchez pas plus loin, ici, nous avons droit au meilleur kebap des Yvelines. Vraiment. Je ne vais pas m'étaler car je pense que les avis parlent d'eux-mêmes et il ne vous reste qu'une seule chose, c'est de venir manger à ce restaurant et goûter le Iskender, le Adana et le Kebap... c'est du vamos de chez vamos. Croyez-moi mènté. J'ai trouvé mon nouveau QG pour le resto turc et les kebaps. Let's go.

16/06/2024: Super endroit ambiance génial. Patron excellent. Repas fabuleux. Le meilleur restaurant turc. Viande extra. Mais les desert baklavas. Sublimes extraordinaire je recommande fortement cet endroit. Extra extra extra. Rapport qualité prix fraîcheurs des aliments. Ambiance gentillesse. Parfait. Note 19 sur 20. Je reviendrai bientôt. Avec ma fille. C’ Est devenu sa cantine mention spécial à Abdou pour sa gentillesse sachez que le restaurant s’appelle maintenant versaray

The team has experience of events, we were 82 adults and around thirty children, everything was perfect, atmosphere, meals, decoration (thanks Brigitte). We recommend with our eyes closed, you will not be disappointed! Once again, many thanks! Special mention to Daniel for the animation 😉

24/09/2024: Big disappointment. We had two mussels marinières, and for a restaurant supposed to specialize in mussels, it was really disappointing. We even do better at home! The entrecôte, although cooked correctly, arrived cold, and the Roquefort sauce was lumpy and full of oil, quite strange. As for the fries, they were frozen and tasteless, not worthy of a restaurant. Another negative point, the knife was dirty... The white wine was not up to par either. As for desserts, we had an acceptable red fruit millefeuille, but the apricot and almond waffles were very far from the photos: heavy, stuffy, and not very good. In the end, €88 for a mediocre meal that we could have easily made ourselves. Damage !

22/09/2024: Very pleasant discovery of this “Mussels / fries” restaurant. Of course, there are other dishes on the menu... But that's what made us stop. Everything was perfect... Fleshy mussels, crispy fries and succulent dessert. We will return!

03/09/2024: Good welcome. First time at this restaurant with colleagues, very smiling owner, fluid exchanges and an excellent meal, from starter to dessert. I recommend.

21/09/2024: Atypical restaurant. The decoration is very neat and the room upstairs is very nice (very pretty wooden decoration). The restaurant manager and the waitress were very welcoming and in a very pleasant mood! The food was very good.

15/09/2024: Immerse yourself directly in an exotic atmosphere that takes you to Sweden. A warm and friendly Sweden in this case. A good variety of meat or fish dishes to choose from. You can go there with your eyes closed!

31/05/2024: My partner and I came here for dinner one evening on our travels. The service was 110% with amazing portion sizes, filled with flavour, cooked superbly. I had the octopus and would highly recommend. We also had dessert, a taster platter of all the desserts with a shot of coffee - what a perfect idea! 10/10 packed with flavour and clear the chef had a passion for food.

27/04/2024: Posto molto carino ed accogliente... Si possono mangiare svariati piatti e sono molto disponibili alle varie richieste di personalizzazione. Gli hamburger e le cotolette milanesi sono ottimi. È una buona tappa per pranzare a Versailles.

08/08/2024: The place of choice for a meal of typical Portuguese dishes, where, for example, the roast veal, which leaves nothing to be desired with the famous Fafe-style veal, scores highly! Friendly staff, welcoming and familiar atmosphere. Gastronomic experience that is highly recommended!

04/09/2024: Poor welcome, not a smile, the impression of being a nuisance… in short, I absolutely do not recommend it. I am naturally smiling and easily in my place but in this restaurant, I felt uncomfortable from the first exchange with the waiter and the owner is not there to raise the level of friendliness. I'm not in the habit of leaving a negative review but it is representative of the oppressive atmosphere. Maybe because the restaurant is under control and the stress is palpable but I had the impression of being the controller 🫣 however, the dishes are good.
