02/02/2026: I ordered takeout, and frankly, I was delighted! Very good and ready to go in under 10 minutes! And the cherry on top: a little olive for an aperitif and mint tea. I highly recommend it.

15/08/2025: Exceptional welcome... the waitress was super welcoming, smiling, very, very friendly and helpful... we came late Tuesday evening and the welcome and service were great... super good dishes and pizzas... the manager and cook were also top notch... we really recommend it... it's a pleasure to eat well and to be so well received and served... well done to you 🤩🤩

28/09/2024: I can’t rate the food but the atmosphere was amazing with a lovely view. Unfortunately, we were not able to eat here because they refused to seat us outside even though one staff member initially said there was a table available for us. another very snooty person refused staffer refused to seat saying we were only allowed to sit inside. We left. We’ve been watching “our” empty table for over two hours from another restaurant on the hill while we spend over €300 on food and drinks . . We’ve seen no one go in or out of that restaurant in that time so I hope it was worth it. If I was the owner, I would be furious.. but maybe they only allow certain type of customers on the patio based on their discernment.

22/09/2024: The food was excellent, no complaints there, but the attitude of one of the waitresses really ruined our experience. Reading the comments below, I realize that I am not the only one who found his behavior very unpleasant. Maybe it's time for her to question herself. You seem like a very bitter woman, and having such an attitude towards customers who arrive a few minutes late is not the end of the world. It's important to understand that most of your customers are tourists and we are not local, so it may have taken us a while to find the restaurant. Additionally, this is one of the few restaurants I have seen refuse to accommodate a baby. According to her, I should have specified in my reservation that there would be a baby. I didn't know that a 4 month old baby needed a special mention, especially since she doesn't eat anything. She made a big deal about the stroller. She was just trying to get into conflict with us and make a big deal out of everything. When my mother suggested that she remove a chair so we could place the stroller, she didn't know what to say because she had no intention of accommodating us or finding a solution. As new parents, it has become rare for us to be able to go out to restaurants. This was one of the first times we allowed ourselves to do this, and I appreciate you ruining our experience just because you were frustrated with us being late.

06/09/2025: I ate a kabab, I have to say it was tasteless, the meat wasn't cooked well, I would give it a 0/10 rating, there is still a need for training.

15/11/2025: Best Creole restaurant in Nice ✨ I'm from Martinique, and I can assure you that at Le Barachois restaurant, I rediscovered all the authentic flavors of our island 🌺 The owners are lovely, and everything is homemade with excellent quality ingredients. They are experts at suggesting flavor combinations: a true explosion of aromas in your mouth, a real culinary journey. Special mention for the best samosas I've ever eaten 😍 If you're looking for an authentic Creole experience in Nice, don't hesitate for a second! 🇲🇶
