21/07/2026: We discovered this kebab shop after a stroll through the city of Troyes, and it's our favorite!
21/07/2026: You really have to be patient to get four kebabs.
It's not like it used to be when we were served according to the next order.
Many customers arrived much later and were served first—strange!

29/07/2026: While on holiday in Chaource, we had dinner at this restaurant. A fantastic find: fresh ingredients, generous portions, and excellent cooking. Special mention for the dessert: Dame Blanche with Chantilly cream and Carambar sauce! The service was top-notch. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again! Remember to book ahead.

A warm welcome that makes you want to return.
Delicious regional dishes paired with wines that perfectly complemented the cuisine.
