05/02/2024: Well, how can I put it, the quality of the cuisine has dropped significantly since the boss is no longer there. The service is not really professional, even if at reception it's okay. Too bad because for me, it was one of the best addresses in Besançon.
28/12/2023: Excellent little Canadian address 🇨🇦 where I discovered Quebec poutine: great, famous, enjoyed it and the Burgers Hummm 😉

22/04/2024: Disappointed! I went there regularly before the change of ownership, it's not at all like before... The waiters are not polite, the prices have increased and the quality is no longer there!! The whipped cream is no longer homemade, the toppings were already expensive but at least there was the quantity now the price is increasing and the quantity is greatly decreasing... (1€ for 3 pieces of kinder no) In short, I will definitely not come back to it not !
22/04/2024: Ladies, if you are looking for an apprenticeship or a job, do not apply to Alain Ricot, I strongly advise against it! Pay attention !

23/03/2024: I've never been there, but I strongly advise against ordering on UberEats. I ordered 10 mini chocolate donuts and 4 pain au chocolat, and I end up with 10 mini fruit donuts and 4 pain au chocolat completely burnt, and this isn't the first time they've replaced me with items like as they see fit. Really disappointing.
