Cafe l'hermitage sur Besancon

I came to lunch at Café de l'Hermitage with two colleagues and we had a wonderful time. We each ordered a main course and dessert: everything was delicious. The ingredients seemed seasonal and high-quality, the portions were generous, and the value for money was excellent. A big thank you to the chef for his flavorful cuisine and to the waitress for her warm welcome, professionalism, and perfect knowledge of the dishes; she even presented them from memory. The only thing that might be surprising is the lack of a menu and prices displayed. That said, I'm sure this information would have been provided upon request. A place I highly recommend!
