Excellent homemade ice cream, special mention for the Madagascar vanilla and Piedmont hazelnut. Warm welcome and good service, I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed a savory crepe and a super delicious homemade chocolate waffle, my wife and I recommend it, the waiter was very pleasant and kind, thank you to Maison Ricot.

Jack's

28/08/2026: I lived in Besançon for four years and this is the best restaurant in town. It's calm and the atmosphere is really warm. If you want to eat well and have a relaxing time, there's no question, Jack's is the place for you.
18/08/2026: My first experience with Quebec cuisine and it was truly exceptional. Everything on the menu looked delicious, from the food to the drinks, plus the gentleman at the reception was super cool. Huge respect to you guys!
