16/04/2026: During my visit yesterday, it was a complete disaster: over an hour's wait for a takeaway order.
When I told them this was unacceptable for so-called fast food, a young woman named Ambre acted arrogantly, adding to her unpleasant nonchalance and lack of smiles. And her speed? Let's not even go there... Anyway, thankfully a young man named Adrien was understanding and did his best to get us our order. He was pleasant and smiling—at least one member of the team raised the bar.
15/04/2026: We went during rush hour and it was difficult to find 3 seats, otherwise it was good...

09/07/2025: We had the pleasure of organizing our wedding at Bois du Bon Séjour on June 28, 2025. Everything was perfect, the service was discreet and impeccable. The team was attentive from start to finish, providing impeccable service. The cuisine was a visual and culinary delight. Mr. and Mrs. Chavanon are adorable, and a special mention goes to Pierre, who was exemplary in his professionalism. Bravo! The next generation is assured!

Orders are constantly being forgotten, the wait is horribly long, the prices are exorbitant, and the restaurant is incredibly filthy. Considering all the money you make, I don't understand why improvements aren't being made. It's utterly depressing there.
04/04/2026: Children's activities, Easter coloring, games, and gifts. The lady was very patient and attentive to everyone! Excellent!

15/04/2026: My last visit to Patapain left a bitter taste in my mouth when I learned that, on the farms you buy from, sows are confined for nearly half their lives in cages so small they can't even turn around, while piglets undergo tail docking, castration, and teeth filing. Columbus Café & Co and Pret A Manger have already taken a stand. When will Patapain commit to respecting the Pig Minimum Standards?
14/04/2026: Since my last visit to Patapain, my opinion of your brand has deteriorated significantly upon learning that cruel practices towards pigs persist in your supply chain. Knowing that sows are confined to cages so small they cannot even turn around, and that piglets undergo tail docking, castration, and teeth filing, profoundly tarnishes my customer experience. Columbus Café & Co and Pret A Manger have made commitments: when will Patapain comply with the Pig Minimum Standards?

28/03/2026: 24 minutes for two coffees and a meal deal, you can't be in a hurry, huh? You go downstairs, you ask nicely, and you get someone completely clueless—well, it happens, we're only human.
But then… another 8 minutes and still nothing?
Not even a "we'll take care of it," not a "sorry for the wait"... total silence.
Honestly, it's not so much the wait that's the worst part… it's the feeling of being invisible.
Like you don't exist, you just wait, and nobody cares. 😅
18/03/2026: Drive-Thru: I've been at the kiosk for about 15 minutes. I was told to wait while my order was taken, but no one's come back to me 🤦 And they call themselves fast food??? Avoid this place if you're in a hurry...

27/03/2026: A 1 hour 20 minute wait at the drive-thru for 3 Happy Meals is unacceptable! It's unacceptable to wait that long. Customers should be warned about the wait before they commit to placing an order, because there's no way to back out! Very disappointed

I recommend him.
21/03/2026: In short, nothing changes, the service is appalling, they refuse to let you eat something you bought from the bakery while you're drinking your glass, even though they don't serve food, and to top it all off, when a customer asks for an ashtray they tell him there aren't any and to throw them on the floor....

03/04/2026: I was a little disappointed with my visit to this restaurant.
The service was pleasant, however, our sandwich was lukewarm, almost cold (lunch around 2 pm, outside of peak hours).
My main complaint concerns the cleanliness and overall appearance (many torn seats, dirty tables and floor).
27/03/2026: They close before the stated time so they can gorge themselves on unsold goods and turn customers away without even saying goodnight.
