25/11/2023: I order a Grand Chai latte.
When I reached the bottom, I noticed that all the powder remained, nothing was mixed.
And when I bring it back, they tell me: "ah but you drank it all"... Well yes, to see the bottom you have to...
They don't even offer me a replacement, just a "sorry"... Really not commercial at all, I strongly advise against it. Nice scam...
