14/08/2026: Every time I came back to Corrèze (I don't live here), one of the first things I did was order a pizza from Authentic Pizza, the one in Brive city center next to the swimming pool. I've been coming here for years. I really loved their pizzas and recommended them without hesitation. But tonight, after a few months away, I ordered again and frankly, I'm very disappointed. It's truly the first time I've left your place disappointed. It's clearly not the same quality as before. The dough is completely different, with these little holes underneath and a texture that really gives the impression of pre-made, not to say industrial, dough... 🥲 whereas before, I found the dough excellent and very generous; it was even a pleasure to have it. But now there's definitely a problem. I also have the impression that the pizzas are smaller and have less topping. I don't know if there's been a change of ownership or supplier, but if so, it's a real shame. I understand the need to be mindful of costs and profitability, but this shouldn't come at the expense of quality, because customers inevitably feel it and are used to a pizza with generous crust and toppings. Even visually, it's not appealing at all. I sincerely hope you'll return to the quality and generosity you once had. I'm leaving this review because I genuinely loved your pizzas, but now it's a downward spiral... if it stays like this, unfortunately, I won't be back. Hoping this negative review is constructive and that you'll return to your roots, I still believe in you... Sincerely, your former loyal customer 🫡

17/08/2026: I gave it one star because I can't give zero. If you're hungry, buy a sandwich; this restaurant doesn't live up to its name. It makes you wonder who's cooking? Keep walking.

11/08/2026: Lovely shaded terrace, excellent meal from appetizer to dessert. Meat cooked to perfection. Pleasant waiters.

06/07/2026: A wonderful discovery for a week spent in a small chalet during the heatwave. The place is peaceful, very well laid out, and in a natural setting. The staff are very welcoming and kind. There are some lovely walks to be had in the surrounding area.

05/07/2026: A place for a relaxing and peaceful holiday, ideal for families, with several activities on offer. The reception staff are helpful and friendly, and the housekeeping team is also very pleasant.

20/08/2026: We ate at this snack bar last night and honestly, it was delicious! 🤩 Everything was piping hot, fresh, and above all, incredibly tasty. The fries were just perfect: not overcooked, not undercooked, just right! 🍟 The service and quality were top-notch 👌🏽 And a special mention for the pepper sauce, which was simply amazing! 😍 I highly recommend it, we loved it! 🔥

04/09/2026: My wife and I arrived to find only three occupied tables. We waited to see if anyone would greet us or at least notice us, but nothing. So we went to the bar. When we got there, the four waiters behind us could no longer pretend not to see us: "Hello, what can I do for you?" "Hello, just for a drink and maybe something to eat." "Wrong answer. People usually know what they want before they come. Take a table for two and I'll bring you the menus." Okay, a very strange exchange, but maybe he was trying to be funny and we didn't get it. We sat down. The three other tables were already waiting when we arrived. Ten minutes passed and still no one had been served, even though there were four of them for three tables. So we left, and even as we left, we were met with a profound sense of disdain from these people. I therefore do not recommend this place; it is also rather excessive for a chip shop with an arrogant and disdainful welcome (a group of friends having fun amongst themselves with no regard for the customers).

14/09/2026: I had a few beers with two really nice guys, the man behind the bar was super friendly and a true proprietor, the kind you don't see anymore (a bald man, I can't remember his name, sorry). I was just passing through to look at some houses in the area. We're arriving in the region at the end of October, but I'll definitely be back. Great atmosphere, no pressure, great music. An "old-school" bar, but the kind of bar you want to last forever because they're the best, actually!
