08/09/2024: No but seriously it's really becoming rubbish then the crazy false advertising, they don't know how to work it's crazy the more I go there the more there are things missing in the orders it's McDonald's the no longer stupid.... he should close it and put something else kfc or even burger king

20/09/2024: 15 minutes for a simple order of a cold drink! Fast food means fast, we're not there at all. A commercial gesture would have been the least we could do, especially when making a complaint. Review your copy.
And no excuse for the crowds because there was no one at the drive-thru and there was a couple and a lady in the dining room waiting for their order.

10/09/2024: Disappointed with the quality of service, cold fries that I asked to change but were reheated in the microwave, the breads were cold, cheese and steaks the same.
09/09/2024: No improvement. I prefer to stop at Pleumeleuc.
Observation: WCs ARE MIXED whereas we tend to install separate WCs everywhere. We don't like women in particular. Not always paper towels and soap and only one basket in the common sinks. SHOCKING that there is not a confidential trash bin in every toilet like everywhere!

12/09/2024: Like many KFCs compared to other fast food brands, hygiene is not there table bench dirty seats the walls are greasy
I will be curious to see the production kitchen
The manager is just there to make money but incapable of governing his team

30/08/2024: Very unfriendly person, the chocolate muffins have a hole right in the middle and the chocolate remains at the bottom. So you have to scrape to eat the chocolate and on top of that the muffin is super dry. The croissants don't even look like croissants and aren't that good.
This is not the first time that this place has disappointed me in a few months, I advise against it.

Cauchemar au bar !
On a cherché Philippe Etchebest en vain pourtant nous avons bien passé 40 mn attablés sans avoir eu la chance de commander quoique ce soit !
Personnel dépassé, froid.
Seul le cadre est agréable mais pour déjeuner il faut a minima qu'on prenne notre commande.
