15/02/2026: Disappointed. I had a problem with my loyalty account (but since it's website-related, the restaurant isn't helping). Also, despite the restaurant being very quiet, the fries were cold. The portion sizes are getting worse and worse, and it's not just an optical illusion with the new tableware. We miss the McDonald's of the 2000s! Back then, there was still a human touch and you could feel the energy in the restaurants; it was a completely different atmosphere. Today, we rely on machines to get smaller portions and prices that are subtly inflated (especially with the Happy Meal). I feel sorry for the employees who don't seem motivated.
