06/04/2026: Hello, I was extremely generous and gave one star because, unfortunately, zero stars isn't an option. So, to justify my comments, firstly, we'll look at the wait time for this meal; secondly, we'll judge the friendliness of the staff; and thirdly, we'll consider the quality of the food. Firstly, the wait was incredibly long (30 minutes). I thought I was going to retire before receiving my order. Secondly, the staff's friendliness was beyond deplorable; when they spoke, I felt like a three-year-old about to be sent to special education. And finally, the food was cold. I think they have a real knack for this, because I find it hard to serve cold food when you have 30 minutes to spare. In conclusion, I won't comment on this restaurant, especially since there's a Burger King next door that, compared to this place, actually knows how to cook.

04/04/2026: The team was inefficient; we waited 25 minutes for a tea and a Coke. The water was cold. They only offered to change it after 5 minutes of negotiation.

19/04/2026: 5 stars for a McDonald's. It's certainly not gourmet food, BUT: Fast service and hot food when I went for lunch today! Even though it was very busy.

18/04/2026: To my great regret, I ordered a Royal Deluxe meal, admittedly at 11 PM, for takeout. I checked to make sure I had everything and found that it was, so I went home. When I arrived, I opened my sandwich and discovered that there was no steak, the main ingredient. This is a lack of professionalism and, in my opinion, a deliberate act. I was forced to eat something else to compensate for the missing steak. In short, very disappointed, I absolutely do not recommend this place.

11/04/2026: We're sorry, we regret, we're sorry... Blah blah blah... Always the same responses to negative reviews, and yet, no improvement. I agree with the other negative reviews about the cleanliness, the cooking, and the value for money at the Mendes location, but I won't dwell on that today. Today, I want to vent about my son's disappointment. He was so excited to go to the cinema to see Super Mario Galaxy and then eat at McDonald's to get the movie-themed meal and, most importantly... discover the toy he was going to get... Except that when we arrived at 1:30 pm, there were signs taped to the kiosks saying "Mario toys out of stock"... Imagine our son's sadness; it broke our hearts. Shame on this establishment, out of stock at 1:30 pm. Shame on you! What a Happy Meal!! None of that... Take your child to Disney and there's no Mickey Mouse. It's unthinkable... And McDonald's, with its supposedly excellent customer service, could have offered to let customers come back later with their receipt to get the Mario toy or coin. But no, that's it, that's just how it is, happy or not, it's all the same. Well, no, you understand, it wouldn't have been manageable for them. They're already struggling with toy stock on a Saturday at 1:30 pm, so imagine trying to satisfy the current customers plus the latecomers. What a joke! But where did the Ronald McDonald era of the 90s go? Gone, unfortunately. So it's over, goodbye McDonald's!!
