01/03/2026: A very nice place, elegant cuisine, and a prime location, right across from the cathedral. Prices are a bit high for some dishes and starters, but overall the quality-price ratio is good. Two special mentions: the monkfish carpaccio with bergamot as a starter and the floating island for dessert—both were magnificent! Wine by the glass is reasonably priced.

01/03/2026: Venison stew was too spicy. Lemon cream was bland.

15/02/2026: Passing through Chartres, opposite the cathedral, we happened to sit at this table! A warm welcome, excellent service, the food was delicious, the ingredients were top-notch, no frills, straight to the point – it was fantastic!!!

The dishes were perfectly spiced, with just the right amount of character to awaken the taste buds without overpowering the other flavors. The service was particularly pleasant: smiling, attentive, and almost like a friend, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing time. But beyond the restaurant's excellence, what made this moment unforgettable was the person I was with.
