23/10/2026: The upstairs dining room service was noisy, with staff shouting instead of simply looking at the place settings, which quickly became tiresome. For a two-person order, there were no silverware, the glass was overflowing, and most annoyingly, the burger was cold. The same staff members then gave a general reminder on how to put the dishes on the trays; I understand it was tedious for them, but it wasn't ideal for a customer who just wanted a break after a two-hour drive. In short, I personally have no desire to return.

20/10/2026: I was very disappointed with my visit. I came for afternoon tea with my 4-year-old nephew so he could also enjoy the play area, but unfortunately, that wasn't possible because there were six teenagers, 15 or 16 years old, "playing" in the area, chasing each other and shouting. My nephew was scared and refused to go play. No one from management came to ask them to leave. I told management as I was leaving, and they said they would go and speak to them, which I doubt, and besides, it was too late for us. Furthermore, I ordered a donut, but it was from the day before and very dry... I won't be coming back.

18/10/2026: I strongly advise against this McDonald's near Carrefour. The manager is arrogant and unprofessional. He defended himself against an order error made by one of his colleagues by aggressively accusing me of trying to get a free item! Unbelievable! He told me it was easy to lie like that and that he wouldn't fall for such tricks! Who does he think he is? Avoid at all costs…

14/10/2026: A very bad experience. Some machines didn't work, others didn't recognize the loyalty card. Are they trying to scam consumers? My restaurant voucher card was refused at the register on a Wednesday at lunchtime. Luckily, the cashier was patient!

02/10/2026: Pleasantly surprised, everything was hot, served quickly, and the staff were very friendly. We don't understand the bad reviews.

24/09/2026: A huge thank you to the lady who was at the register on September 23rd. ❤️ I tried all three, but each time I leave the other stores to go back to the McDonald's in La Madeleine. My daughter is so happy. Thanks to her, she ate with great pleasure. 😊 Thank you so much for your kindness and thoughtfulness. All the best! 🌷
