04/05/2024: Good evening.
As customers since the opening of this "restaurant", we have seen the service completely deteriorate.
There has not been a time in over 2 years where a single order has been complete and matched the ticket. Aberrant!
Again this evening, we checked that everything was there, and well no... Missing a game out of 2 happy meals. A MacFlurry called for suede, noted as suede on the label and it is.... M&M's.
It's the same every time. Not the right order, not complete, personalization not carried out (yet with regular label!!). In short, incapable, there are no other words, sorry.
It's been a while since we last came, we let ourselves be tempted with the children... We will return to BurgerKing, they at least are pleasant and know how to make correct orders, what their job is... 👋

05/04/2024: Better than the McDonald's after Cora and the one in Ales city center which is really not good at all
On the other hand, double cheese bacon should be avoided, too small and not really good.
31/03/2024: Too bad for the 2nd time ordering half empty! Golden fries smaller than the happy meal menu! 15 minutes to drink coke instead of eating!

29/03/2024: More than twenty minutes of waiting for a menu plus a sandwich with lukewarm fries both sandwiches little sauce and one of them almost cold!
One of the two waitresses was doing her best but the other was moving at two to an hour.
I'm disappointed.

27/03/2024: It's a "real" restaurant where you can enjoy both the dishes and the wines. A little expensive and a little noisy but it's worth it, certainly one of the best in Alès!

15 minutes pour faire deux sunday et 1 café. La commande avait été posée sur la banque et oubliée par la serveuse. Manque d ingrédients dans la glace déjà à moitié fondue.
Les toilettes dans un état lamentable.

04/04/2024: Twice, they served us a single meat instead of a double meat sandwich, so cleverly, the 3rd time I opened the sandwich in pieces and asked the waiter to count the number of steaks, BINGO , 1 meat again, not even an apology from the waiter who pulls his face all the time even telling him that it was 3 times, a simple here for you after having wasted ten minutes waiting for a double meat sandwich, there is no not once where something is missing, I will never go there again as long as the same people are inside, 5 years this lasts......
And above all, don't pay attention to the 5 positive comments, it's them themselves who send flowers, they are known to be the most rotten restaurant within 20 km, the whole village is talking about it......

04/04/2024: Ce restaurant propose toujours la qualité pour ses menus, nous avons ou le vérifier sur cette nouvelle visite. Tartare de saumon, crémeux champignons et œuf mollet, dorade grillée, araignée de cochon, crèmes brûlées, fromage blanc au miel: tout était bien réalisé et présenté .
