27/10/2023: Impeccable , restaurant rénové très spacieux ou l'accueil est chaleureux, employés souriants et toujours à l'écoute, patronne agréable.
Le concept est génial , sandwichs bien garnis , choix varié surtout les nouvelles recettes ( SubMelts).
Je recommande fortement ce restaurant où on mange bien pour le prix proposé !
21/09/2023: Déçu, mauvais accueil, les tables sont sale, pourtant le restaurant était vide et je parle pas de la garniture dans les pains, ils étaient vide…autant acheter un sandwich sodebo c’est le même effet pour beaucoup moins chère

22/09/2024: Really very disappointed because today we ordered online in our hamburger we found very green tomatoes and in addition in our order we asked for additional sauces. Well in the end we didn't have any sauce or napkin.
18/09/2024: Clearly more and more expensive nonsense and the hamburgers are getting smaller and smaller. McDonald's is over for me. You pay for a 10-ball menu with a hamburger that is sold as large and well-stocked and you end up with something as small as a double cheese. Even my daughter's hamburger on her €5 menu was bigger. You really take people for idiots.

05/09/2024: Avec Uber est tellement facile de pas mettre la commande complète .. franchement deux sandwichs qui correspondent pas une boissons qui n est pas la bonne et pas la bonne taille donc on perd de l argent une honte
05/09/2024: A deplorable welcome, an order where products that we did not choose are added and billed to us and where we are called liars when we explain that we absolutely did not order that!
Impossible to modify the order or anything else and in addition our order receipt is thrown away and cannot be found to allow us to show our good faith!
We will therefore frequent other restaurants but not this one!

It's never nice to put a negative review on a company but...
Hamburger cold upon receipt of the order, hamburger that looks nothing like the photos, the giant Max salad is cooked and must be 2 days old in appearance and taste, the quick and toast must have forgotten to put it in the toaster, it's a soft sandwich bread and the ponpon there was a sandwich missing in the order of the neck more disgusted for the money lost than for the taste of the forgotten sandwich which will not be missing from our palate...
Verdict never again Quick in Alès.
