02/09/2026: Good food, it's a shame the waiter practically threw us out after we ordered a glass of champagne and a mint lozenge.
31/08/2026: A lovely place, the setting is pleasant and the food excellent.
The foie gras was divine, the scallops and prawns were delicious, and the duck breast was perfect.
The cooking was flawless, the portions generous, with a subtle and well-presented sauce. A great find with good value for money.

09/09/2026: A lovely discovery in Libourne, in an unusual location. The menu was very nice, and the fire was beautiful.
08/09/2026: The ribeye steak 🥩 wasn't thick enough and also lacked a bit of originality, like a marrow bone as an accompaniment.

05/09/2026: Terrible service in a dirty restaurant. We waited 20 minutes for 3 mini doughnuts only to be told they only had 2!
02/09/2026: Appalling! 35 minutes to be served, they cut in front of you without even looking at you, afraid you'll be asked for something... After 30 minutes I made my presence known, and they told me there were 6 cars. I politely replied that I'd been there for 30 minutes and had arrived well before the other cars! Anyway, I tell myself this every time, but now I'm done with this particular establishment. What's more, when I arrived, someone from the inspection department was there. After 10 minutes, someone finally decided to speak to him. He then went to find his manager, and I saw this "manager" pacing back and forth in the kitchen, glancing at the inspector who hadn't yet noticed him. It was pathetic. Then, after another 10 minutes, the inspector decided to venture into the kitchen and came face to face with the head chef, who was taken by surprise and had to accompany him. Anyway, a multitude of ludicrous behaviors... Not to mention the young people who retreat faster than they advance...

I arrived at 6:30 PM, my order was placed at 6:37 PM, and I went to sit down.
At 6:45 PM, they brought me my drinks... which they spilled on my jeans and phone... okay, these things happen... They offered me an ice cream as compensation... okay, I waited another 5 minutes. They brought me the drinks again... but the burger was missing... they told me it was being prepared... 15 minutes after finishing my fries, I went to check on the burger at the counter; it was 7:05 PM. They'd forgotten about me... at 7:15 PM, my burger arrived dripping wet... the bun was cold... I hadn't been served so badly at McDonald's in 40 years... What bad luck...
23/09/2026: A McDonald's, what else?
You wanted a memorable dining experience, but for that, the service needs to be there.
On September 23, 2026, around 8 PM, I ordered four meals at the drive-thru. It felt like I was ordering for 30 people, it was taking so long.
Through the window, I could see the staff laughing and chatting; in short, nothing was moving. I just wanted to bang on the glass.
And yet, there were few people inside, but a huge number at the drive-thru because it was so slow.
Please, don't put this team on a Saturday night if they can't even manage ten meals during the week.
And I'm not even mentioning the Caesar salad, which was pathetic, and the sweet potatoes and fries looked overcooked.
I usually have a pretty good opinion of your McDonald's, but this time I'm completely disappointed.
