08/02/2026: Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the McDonald’s restaurant in Colomiers, located near Carrefour. During several visits, I have observed a recurring lack of hygiene: dirty floors, uncleaned tables, trays and trash left in the dining area, and restrooms in a particularly dilapidated state. It is difficult to find a clean place to sit. Furthermore, the attitude of some staff members struck me as unprofessional and unwelcoming. I have also received food that did not appear fresh, which raises concerns about the preparation conditions in the kitchen. I also note the absence of a security guard, even though the restaurant can sometimes host rowdy customers, which can negatively impact their sense of security. This situation is regrettable and does not reflect the image of quality generally associated with your brand. Currently, I prefer to visit other, better-maintained McDonald’s restaurants in the area. Thank you for taking this report into consideration and for taking the necessary steps to improve the hygiene and quality of service at this establishment. 04/02/2026: Discovered quite by chance while picking up a package. The E-P menu (€12.90) is perfect, with all 10 dishes homemade. A particular favorite is the specialty: suckling pig served with real homemade fries and grilled vegetables.

18/09/2025: Pleasant setting and very warm welcome. There were no vegetarian dishes on the menu, but they prepared an excellent vegetarian dish for us (I suggest they put it on their menu, or another vegetarian dish).
