We order nine nuggets and three are missing (we check each order, as they are biased half the time) and the person to whom we politely ask for the missing nuggets replies "oh yes, three are missing... That's serious, isn't it?" Yes, it's serious at the price of the menus... Or the coke is stale, she replies again "oh well, if there are no more bubbles in the coke, that's serious..." Unheard of in terms of courtesy. Learn kindness and business sense: a smile, we change the product, we pay attention to the orders, and everything goes well.
