16/03/2024: A café crème... without cream, but with a dose of condensed milk. It's not cream, it's cold and hello waste. Cold service like the pod. Following your answer: No, the condensed milk with 10% fat "Nuage de lait" from Régilait is not whole cream which contains 30% fat. Obviously, the taste on arrival is not the same. What you have served can, strictly speaking, be called a hazelnut coffee, although it is not served with condensed milk, but with milk. And yes, I mentioned it to the waiter who of course didn't bother to respond. If you can't stand my superior intelligence which, wow, knows the difference between whole milk, condensed milk, light cream and full cream, a simple trip to the supermarket should quickly make you as intelligent as me. Your response will be completely instructive for people who read the comments, about your knowledge of your work and your level of politeness which makes France move in such a good direction. 21/03/2024: Beautiful bakery in the center of Annecy, I was very well received as soon as I entered the premises with a commercial gesture as a bonus. The pastry was good, however the vegetarian option for the sandwich could be better. However, I recommend the place for the bakery, pastry and especially service part.
