27/03/2026: How can we describe the experience we just had with Peter and Sylvie... a truly timeless moment! Two hours in a bubble, a discovery made almost by chance, initially drawn by the menu of delicious dishes offered outside... with only four seats advertised inside, we decided to try our luck at having lunch. We were welcomed by Peter and immersed in Sylvie's kitchen, where she described each dish. Everything looked tempting, but we had to choose! We opted for a specialty, the Alpine bowl, oh my goodness... a delight! We also had the chance to taste Peter's chocolate... Not just any chocolate, a treat for the taste buds, an experience, a pleasure to hear the story of this authentic, closely guarded recipe—and for good reason, there's nothing else like it, the perfect balance of flavor and creaminess without being overly sweet. A tasting not to be missed when strolling through the old town!
More than just a meal, we had the pleasure of sharing a truly special moment with this charming and touching duo...full of humanity and kindness, who welcome you as if you were family and passionately share moments from their story and projects with a smile. We wish the Folie Royale chocolate venture all the best and can't wait to discover their new products! 😉 Thank you for this wonderful experience ✨️ We will definitely be back!

30/10/2025: Overall, the food is pretty good. However, the prices are high for this type of cuisine. A croziflette made with 50% cream isn't exceptional, and meat cooked to a medium-rare instead of rare isn't ideal either.
Regarding the service, there are areas for improvement. Responding with "yes" doesn't give a very professional impression, especially considering the price of the service. Furthermore, the welcome leaves something to be desired: no one seats us, so we have to sit alone. There's no drinks menu, which makes the prices mysterious until the bill. For example, €3.40 for a simple syrup is quite surprising.
The atmosphere, however, is limited: only two high tables with chairs that are too small, which isn't very comfortable for eating. The tables are also too small, which further complicates the experience.
If the dishes were offered at €10, I would have nothing to complain about, but at that price, it's excessive.

25/03/2026: I came to your restaurant last Saturday without a reservation. The welcome was quite cold! We were with two children, and the dishes arrived together, whereas the least you could do is prioritize children! Then I ordered a homemade cordon bleu, which was tasteless and very dry! My husband had a croque montagnard, which was anything but "generous" (according to the menu), lots of bread and very little filling! We asked for it without salad, and we received it with salad, but without fries and without dressing!!! Your servers don't encourage you to order more! I do not recommend this restaurant! That explains my two-star rating!

27/03/2026: Excellent restaurant open until 11 pm. We had just come from a show and were looking for a late dinner.
A very warm welcome and a pleasant atmosphere, even with a group of us. A delicious meal featuring Aubrac beef and an excellent Gamay from Savoie. Highly recommended.
03/03/2026: This is clearly a "good" restaurant "for tourists." Let me explain: it's very expensive for what it is. It's not bad, but nothing exceptional. The presentation of the dishes is incredibly polished (to justify the price?), but the taste doesn't live up to it (although again, it's not bad... I had to add more seasoning, for example). The service is decent, but again, not commensurate with the advertised standard. In short, if you're a tourist, it's fine; it's not a rip-off. But as a local, well... I unfortunately won't be going back. It seemed promising, though!

07/04/2026: Tried it for the first time and pleasantly surprised. The bread is very good, fresh, and soft. The bagels are generous and well-proportioned. The prices reflect Annecy's average. I recommend it for a change.
05/04/2026: I ordered a salmon bagel and it wasn't good. The salmon had no flavor and was practically empty, and the bread was rock hard, like it was day-old.

Everything is perfect, from the bun to the cooking of the meat. Special mention for the bun, which is a refreshing change from ordinary burgers and makes all the difference!
Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, and ultra-fresh ingredients. A must-try in Annecy ✨😌

07/04/2026: Despite the restaurant being busy, the kitchen was closed. We only found this out when we ordered. Only appetizers were available, which were okay. The nachos were so-so.

I'm very disappointed with this establishment, which I used to frequent.
I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease, so I went to this restaurant and politely asked if they had gluten-free options. The extremely unpleasant woman replied: "I don't know anything about that, vegetarian, all that stuff, I don't know anything about it and I'm not interested." I explained my condition (no wheat). Then she went into the kitchen without giving me any information. I asked for the allergen list so I could make my own choice without pressuring her. There was no allergen list (which is mandatory), and she was of no help whatsoever. So I chose a salad, hoping I was making the right choice, and at the register, she offered me bread... Being sick is already complicated (because yes, it is an illness), but to make us feel it as an inconvenience for an establishment with such a deeply annoyed expression is truly disconcerting. I will never set foot in that store again, even though I used to love it.
12/12/2025: Excellent value for money. Finally, a place where you can eat well and heartily. I recommend the daily special, always delicious and well-balanced (for the price of €10.20, a rarity in Annecy) and the very pleasant welcome.

02/04/2026: The food is halal. The kebab with rice and tacos are delicious, and the mozzarella balls are a must-try!
The restaurant is Turkish, and the service is excellent. 👍🏻

19/04/2026: Delivery was promised within 40 minutes, which was fine, but an hour later, still no delivery… We called, and they told us our order was leaving just now, even though we were 10 minutes away.
20 minutes later, still nothing. We decided to call again, and they told us not to worry, it was coming, but 15 minutes later, still nothing. We called again, and they gave us excuses… then it was coming, then they offered to reorder and pick it up, and finally, they offered us a refund of half the order as soon as we could come in person, which we accepted. Finally, the order arrived, but after a two-hour wait. To top it all off, our meal was cold, and as you can imagine, they don't want to give us a refund.
I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm furious. Paying for delivery and a meal that arrives two hours later and is even colder is unacceptable. Especially when they give us the runaround and then lie to us! This happened last Sunday, April 12, 2026 – avoid it!!!
05/04/2026: I ordered two bowls that were reheated; the cream was as if the dish had been prepared an hour earlier, and it was completely cold.
If I get sick, I'm going to sue you!!!
