26/06/2026: Good food, fresh and local produce, very good value for money. Friendly owner and chef. A minor drawback is the use of cardboard plates, especially for hot dishes.
17/06/2026: Absolutely delicious! For those few people in Sète who aren't looking for seafood/fish, this is perfect.

17/07/2026: The service was mediocre (I had to ask several times for the same carafe of water, and they forgot our coffees, which we had to ask for again several times). The food was mediocre (the macaronade was plain pasta with a pre-packaged, industrial tomato sauce, and a stale, greasy piece of sausage). The white wine was not chilled and was very average.
In short, a very average meal in a pretty setting. I won't be back.

Not convinced by the quantity/price ratio. Chocolate waffle. The chocolate flavor is hard to come by…

25/07/2026: The quality of the burgers and fries is not up to par for a city like Sète.
There's a lack of hygiene and cleanliness in this fast-food restaurant, especially considering how few of them there are.
22/07/2026: The restaurant is in a deplorable state. The service is equally poor. Hygiene is truly lacking. Avoid it at all costs; I do not recommend it.

18/08/2026: What a find! Right across from the halls, despite the crowds and people, they are helpful and attentive. The seafood platter or the gratinéed shellfish platter is a real treat! Thank you for your warm welcome and smiles... I will definitely be back.
18/08/2026: A truly deplorable experience at Barajo Lumière Café. After waiting for 30 minutes, I finally decided to ask how to place my order. I simply said "hello" to an employee, who didn't even bother to reply and coldly told me, frowning, "I'm not the one who takes orders," without indicating who did or even who I should ask.
Such a cold and dismissive welcome, after already waiting half an hour, is truly unacceptable. No smile, no explanation, no guidance, no effort to help the customer.
One can understand that there might be a wait or that an employee isn't responsible for taking orders. However, the very least they could do is respond politely and tell the customer how to proceed.
A very bad impression, absolutely unprofessional service, and a catastrophic customer experience. I definitely do not recommend this establishment and I will not be returning.

30/07/2026: Lively place on the terrasse for a drink and some oysters. However, the waiter looked like he hate his job and asking directly to tip him when you pay with card, that is to me rude.

21/07/2026: I had a taco for lunch today, and it was a disaster. There wasn't enough sauce in the taco, it kept falling apart, and the meat wasn't cooked properly. I definitely don't recommend this place.

This is an unusual, warm bistro.
The owner herself is here and does her thing. Great ;)
Great concert, bar, bistro, corner shop all in one.
Here you can get little things to eat but also homemade jam or homemade little things.
We only had a glass of wine and a mulled wine and it was delicious.
Services super nice, helpful.
Toilets very clean.
I'll definitely come back again. ;)
