13/07/2026: A 12-minute wait for 3 ice creams and a drink, Monday, July 13th at 5:15 PM, nobody in the restaurant.... They were chatting and laughing, and if I hadn't intervened, I'd probably still be waiting.

09/07/2026: July 9, 2026 (2:20 PM) My husband and I visited this Burger King in Atlantis and were very disappointed with the service. My husband simply asked an employee if the meat was halal. Before he could even answer, the manager butted into the conversation, asking, without even saying hello, "What's it for?" Her tone was immediately condescending. After my husband replied, she simply responded, "No, we don't have halal, just fish," still in an unpleasant and dismissive tone. When I then spoke to her, I did receive a "hello," but the tone remained just as condescending. The difference in the way we were treated made us particularly uncomfortable. Wanting to simply report this experience, we spoke to another employee. After returning, we were told that the manager had replied that she "didn't care." A huge thank you to Jean-Hugues, who was extremely friendly, polite, kind, and professional despite the situation. His attitude contrasts sharply with that of his manager and deserves to be highlighted. It's a shame that a simple question asked respectfully received such a cold and condescending response. A minimum of courtesy and respect for customers should be the foundation of service. This experience leaves us with a very negative impression of this establishment.

11/05/2026: I often come to this Subway at lunchtime during my break and I always appreciate the quality of the sandwiches, the selection offered, and the friendliness of the staff. Lately, the service has been a little slower than before. I understand that there are new staff members in training, and I don't mind waiting a bit longer. It would simply be good if they received more support to maintain efficient service, especially for customers with shorter lunch breaks. I would also like to point out a minor hygiene issue: the same knife (used at the end of service) often seems to be used for several sandwiches, which can be problematic for people with allergies or dietary restrictions.
