20/08/2026: Hello, I am writing to inform you of a very concerning situation I have observed at the McDonald's Nantes Atlantis restaurant. As a loyal customer for years, whether dining alone, with family, or with friends, I have never been so disappointed and disgusted by the overall state of this well-known chain. Upon my arrival, the tables were dirty and uncleaned, and food was scattered everywhere. Customers were desperately searching for clean seats, expressing their dissatisfaction. The trash cans were overflowing, trays were piled up at the entrance, and no staff seemed to be responsible for cleaning. Even worse, several pieces of furniture are broken, including chairs, armchairs, and benches. I myself fell off a defective bench, injuring my back. This situation is dangerous and completely unacceptable. The restrooms, however, are in a worryingly unsanitary state, which raises legitimate questions about the overall hygiene of the site, including the kitchen. A quick look at the numerous Google reviews reveals that this concern is shared by many customers. For a brand renowned for its quality and high standards, and especially in a center as busy as Atlantis, this situation seriously damages your reputation. I sincerely hope that swift action, inspections, and improvements will be implemented to restore the level of cleanliness, safety, and service that meets your standards.
