11/05/2026: Big disappointment: a bad experience this year with the Iodine Cure salad. The mini ceviche was tasteless and bland, the two oysters served were clearly not fresh, and the salad (mainly mixed greens with smoked salmon) was dressed with some kind of mayonnaise. Frankly, not great, and on top of that, a bit stingy with the portion. In short, we won't be back.
06/05/2026: Having tried it on the recommendation of the Tourist Office, we were definitely not disappointed. The dish of the day was delicious and beautifully presented. Special mention for the gourmet coffee – a real treat!

24/04/2026: Tonight we had a delicious meal 😋 absolutely amazing. We decided to treat ourselves (hey, you only live once 🤷🏻♀️) the famous trio of meat, foie gras, and lobster – a real delight! Go ahead, treat yourself, try this dish at least once, you won't regret it 🥰. Thank you to the chef for this dish, and thank you to the service team for always being so pleasant every time we come, despite my husband's teasing 🤣

I observed and listened, and the staff's behavior towards customers was very warm and polite, befitting an establishment where we can sit down to enjoy a meal or a coffee on the terrace.

03/03/2026: I've been a regular at this bar for ages (friends live right next door). I went back last Friday: it hasn't changed :D Well, almost. There's a lovely new waitress :p The burgers are great, the fries are homemade... It's perfect when the live music is also to our liking.

The portions are very generous and the flavors are incredible.
14/04/2026: It was absolutely excellent, man. The burgers are seriously generous and not overpriced at all. Definitely save the XL sizes for those with a serious appetite because they're enormous, man. The bread is incredible; you can really tell everything is homemade. The restaurant is a bit noisy at lunchtime, but that mostly depends on the other customers. Right, man?

01/05/2026: McDonald's Cherbourg is a disaster. The staff is incompetent, laughing or walking around in circles while there are queues everywhere. We arrived at 10:45 PM and weren't served until 12:10 AM because they gave our order to someone else. I find that unacceptable. Luckily, one employee was able to reorder correctly, but frankly, the service is terrible, especially the staff. You're much better off going to the ice cream parlor; they're far superior to those in Cherbourg.
30/04/2026: Order placed at 10:50 PM. It's currently 11:50 PM and still no sign of our order. I think we'll still be here tomorrow…

I visited at 6.30 on a Thursday, I had what looked to be the first Guinness of the evening and it was really really good. The staff were amazing.
I've been loving in France for over a year and bacon an cheese burger is my go to anywhere I go , this was by far the best bacon and cheese burger I have experienced in France!! The fries were also really amazing!! I can not recommend this place enough! It was quiet at 6.30 on a Thursday , but honestly I can't understand why. My partner had the classic burger and she also agreed the food was amazing!
