02/04/2024: Okay, order taken at the drive-thru: respectable wait and quality of products as usual for McDonald's. The problem: the person at the drive-thru (woman with faded blue hair) not very friendly, cold, having never had a happy meal for my son I didn't know what was in it (my son has allergies...) , the person did not advise me on the choice of dessert and the banana yogurt was imposed on us, fortunately we had checked before giving the happy meal to our child.
23/03/2024: Experience at the drive. Very long wait and yet only 3 cars in front. Order recovered or after inspection a filet o fish was missing. Return to this restaurant where without any apology from them we had our complete order. Obviously given the time spent all was cold.
25 minutes between order and collection of all of it.
We will never return there.

31/03/2024: Ordering a happy meal for my child, checking that there was not the box with the games plus the fries on the menu.
This is not the first time that something has been overlooked.
This is getting really annoying.
Order placed on March 31 around 7:00 p.m.
The prices have already increased significantly but if each order is missing a few things it really becomes a theft.
It is shameful

The cinema menu is also a good point.

12/02/2024: It's sad to see a pillar of fast food after all these years but the quality has rarely been there, I will miss this place more out of nostalgia than out of a real lack of food. it's always sad to see our city of Nancy lose its pioneers.. hoping that things go well with cheaper rents and owners who think about the attractiveness of our beautiful city

16/04/2024: Our server Isaac, very nice but forgot half the things, queued up 3x to ask for the forgotten items, they looked at us like are they cheating? No more room to put the trays when we've finished, otherwise fun setting, clean toilets, pretty good burgers, dragon ball gifts that the children liked, and close to the station.

26/03/2024: visit this morning: once again hard to get a hello from the guy who fills the coffee bags and who completely ignores people. Maybe the boss who feels he doesn't need to be polite to customers and who will cry when people leave to compete!!!! LOL The two sellers were very nice and embarrassed by the situation.

02/04/2024: Missing half of the meal once again no sauce missing my son's menu finally as always lack of respect lacks everything and anything and we pay to be served by incorrect people even a hello don't say e we pay to have half the order which comes not ashamed
29/03/2024: Room, table, chairs, toilet in a lamentable state.
Staff can be friendly.
Order of 4 products, a drink, a cookie, a Sunday and a coffee... the coffee was forgotten, we had to ask for it and the Sunday was melted...
We won't come back.

27/03/2024: Absolutely terrible, I took an American, the taste of the minced steak was not good, the bread looked like it was three days old and I'm not talking about the fries, they looked like cardboard, I ended up at Burger King
I paid 7 euros for shit…😡
In addition, I ask him if he takes the credit card in the final, he sends me to the bank because he does not take the credit card.
07/02/2024: To avoid fried as hard as cardboard in less than 2 minutes, he doesn't cook the steaks in front of the customers so I imagine it's cooked the day before and the desserts don't mention the frozen chocolate marble and the tiramisu sold at 2€50 individually and the same ones can be found at the crossroads for 2€90 in sets of 2.
