04/09/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience! I came in for ice cream and was served incredibly quickly. The service at the counter was excellent: smiling, pleasant, and very friendly staff, both when ordering and paying 😊 It's so nice to be greeted with such good cheer! Fast, efficient, and warm service. No complaints whatsoever, I'll definitely be back! 🍦

01/09/2026: At the drive-thru, there were only two cars ahead of us, so we thought it would be quick. We placed our order and then waited almost 20 minutes before receiving it. The problem with the drive-thru is that once you're in line, you're completely stuck: one car in front, one behind, and no way to turn around or get out of the line. With a crying, impatient 15-month-old baby, this situation quickly becomes very unpleasant. After those 20 minutes, we finally got our order. We were asked to check it, which I did conscientiously. Everything seemed fine. I obviously didn't know that you also had to open each burger to check what was inside. Once we left, I realized that I had ordered a classic Chicago, but I had been given a Barbecue Chicago. I fully understand that a mistake can happen, but when you accumulate a 20-minute wait with only two cars ahead of you, being completely stuck in the Drive and, to top it all off, an error in the order, the experience is really disappointing.
