26/04/2026: Today we placed an order totaling €61.75, including two McExtreme "2 meat" meals at €17.90 each… and neither burger had a patty. So we paid for double the meat, and we received a bun with filling. This is unacceptable, especially at that price. We are extremely disappointed, particularly since we were regular customers. Clearly, this kind of mistake makes us question our desire to return. A minimum of checking before serving would prevent this kind of situation.

25/04/2026: I wanted to leave a very positive review for Jordan at McDonald’s Essey. Despite a few minutes' wait to finalize my order, he remained very friendly, professional, and pleasant throughout the entire service. It's truly wonderful to encounter someone so dedicated and kind.
