07/07/2026: This is the second time we've ordered, with a scheduled delivery time, and each time it arrived more than 30 minutes late. And that's the minimum; as I write this review, it's already been over 40 minutes since we should have received our delivery... Very disappointed, especially since before we didn't pay for delivery, and it always arrived on time.
In short, I do not recommend them.
22/06/2026: We've had deliveries from Mendy several times. He's always very pleasant and even smiles, sometimes even at late hours. Thank you to him and the whole team.

17/07/2026: Disappointed, especially since we chose this place based on the reviews.
The drinks were fine, though.
The staff were smiling, pleasant, and helpful.
We ordered the daily special: filet mignon… which, in the end, wasn't as tender as we'd hoped. It was overcooked, tough, and slightly burnt. Being used to not leaving my plate unattended, I left the meat.
The waitress took responsibility for that. Thank you to her.
But no response from the chef.
What a shame.
10/07/2026: It's impossible to give less than one star, which is a shame. We came just for a drink and waited 25 minutes for someone to bother coming over... in vain.

18/07/2026: The quality of this McDonald's is steadily declining, and it's truly regrettable.
The wait times are often excessive, even when the restaurant isn't particularly busy. The burgers and wraps are regularly poorly prepared and arrive lukewarm, or even cold, stuck to the paper and seemingly made with only left hands...
The biggest problem, however, remains the drinks. For several months now, they've been bland and very poorly mixed. Coca-Cola, for example, no longer tastes like its usual flavor and tastes more like slightly sweetened water. Every time we visit, the same explanation is given: a problem with the gas cylinder. Unfortunately, after so much time, this argument is no longer sufficient. It would be truly desirable for measures to be taken to restore the level of quality one has the right to expect from a McDonald's. Until you improve... we prefer to drive a few extra kilometers...
16/07/2026: The longest drive-thru in history! 4 cars ahead of me, 15 minutes before they took my order, 25 before I finally left!

16/07/2026: Shameful! I've never seen such a disgusting McDonald's! It's 9 PM, there aren't many people, I want to eat inside but I can't! The tables are filthy! Not even a wipe down! I decide to eat outside on the patio. Unbelievable! But true! The tables are dirty, except for one out of eight! And that's not all, on the ground there are several empty cans, cardboard boxes from kids' meals, napkins, and lots of paper napkins scattered everywhere! I sit down at the only clean table, and to top it all off, the dumpsters are all around the patio near the concrete blocks, not to mention the nauseating smell that goes with it, of course, normal given the heat... A very unpleasant experience. My sandwiches weren't good at all because I think they were made in advance, judging by the dried-out patties in the bread! I left everything and threw it all in the trash!!! I should mention that I never post comments, but this time, I just couldn't help myself!!!! What are you doing, Mr. Manager????!!!! Have you seen the Google reviews??!!! You deserve a hygiene inspection!!!!! I love Brittany, but this McDonald's is the worst place I've ever eaten!!!!!!
10/07/2026: Hello, giving one star is a steep price to pay; it's catastrophic. The lack of hygiene is blatant. How can they receive customers in such a deplorable, filthy place? The staff was completely unresponsive, and since we couldn't find a seat, not a single clean table was available. We went to the counter to get someone to clean, and it took them a while to respond. The person I was with advised me against even going to the restroom to wash my hands.
This place is to be avoided at all costs; it's a disgrace. The health department should pay it a visit.

03/08/2024: Le restaurant est idéalement situé à l’entrée de la cité de la mer. Le personnel est sympathique et les plats offrent un bon rapport qualité / prix - prévoir par exemple 16€ pour un plat de thon mi-cuit surprenant et très bon ! Un menu enfant est proposé à 10€ environ. Le pain proposé en accompagnement est excellent.

30/03/2024: So far, the service has been impeccable and unlike some places to eat, the owners have been close to their customers and really pleasant and understandable. It was a real pleasure.
What was our surprise to discover a total change of atmosphere. The tea room has obviously become a restaurant and having food problems, I only order small quantities (which is not the case for the items offered). My mother ordered a formula and I wanted to accompany it by ordering 2 sweet items that represented what I could ingest. I received a categorical and cold refusal from the shopkeeper who absolutely did not plan to sell me these items if I did not take them in a formula under the pretext that the status of the place had changed. I explained my problem, to no avail other than an invitation to hurry because other customers were waiting behind. In addition, she made it clear to me that my presence was disturbing because I was taking a seat in the restaurant even though I was not consuming any formula. In the end, my mother ate a small part of her salad in front of me (absolutely disgusted by the attitude of the shopkeeper as well as by the price of the salad €8.50) and the height of irony: I remained in front from my mother without consuming when I could have used this place proactively by consuming the items I had offered to buy when entering. In conclusion, the economic situation may be complicated for everyone, but acting by forcing people to consume more and more destroys commerce. We will never set foot there again. Too bad, pleasant and humane businesses are gradually disappearing in favor of money factories. At these prices and conditions, you might as well order from fast food terminals.
17/03/2024: Always a very pleasant moment. Good cuisine with fresh produce, a quiet restaurant where you can eat peacefully.

23/08/2024: Arrivée vers 12 h 30 à 6 personnes. Restaurant rempli mais réussi à avoir une table. Commande prise rapidement et service rapide. 2 sortes de poisson ; Un peu léger en quantité pour le poisson. 2 burgers ; très correct. 1 faux filet ; viande très tendre et 1 menu enfant.
Profiteroles en dessert très copieux.
Tout a été servi rapidement et prix correct. Pas déçu d avoir choisi le restaurant. Merci

Quelques soucis d'organisation, longue attente avant d'avoir la carte mais aprés prise de la commande, deux serveuses et serveurs sont venus nous demander notre commande !!
Chocolat viennois sans cuillère ni paille, café sans sous tasse, pas de sucre, cela fait beaucoup !!
