12/05/2026: We ordered through the McDonald's app on the night of May 11th to 12th, and were refused access to the drive-thru at 12:45 AM. A car was parked in front, facing the wrong way, blocking the entrance. People on the patio (employees?) told us from a distance that the restaurant was closed. The restaurant was listed as open until 3 AM for click & collect. A very bad experience, especially since we had already paid through the app.

05/05/2026: Yesterday evening around 6:45 PM I ordered just two fries at the drive-thru and asked for a glass of ice cubes as a backup, and... the staff went above and beyond with exceptional kindness. Hats off to them! Around 3 PM, I ordered a Maxibestof Big Mac meal. After paying, someone asked me to park a little further away. Okay. I then saw several cars being served drive past. After several long minutes, the same person came and asked me... "Are you number 274?" I replied yes, and she gave me my order without apologizing for the excessively long wait. I got home 7 minutes later, opened the paper bag, and... the burger was squashed with all the sauce at the bottom. The fries were piping hot, and the burger was completely cold. I contacted your McDonald's and the response was, "Leave your name and we'll make you a burger when you come back." Oh yeah, and the offer to come back for a 20km round trip? No thanks. Sorry, but that's rubbish!
