23/11/2025: We went to this kebab shop twice in a row, and both times they refused to serve us 40 minutes before closing time. It's just not customer-friendly. I recommend going to Grill Kebab; you won't be disappointed.

18/11/2025: I went to Turkuaz on Friday at lunchtime for a kebab. My first and last time there. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to see the staff wearing gloves, so I thought, "Great, this seems professional." I waited about 15 minutes for my kebab, so I had time to observe. And that's when I realized everyone was handling the money with their bare hands without ever changing their gloves. The guy was making a kebab when the cashier asked him if he had any change. He turned around, gave her the money, and went back to making his kebab and grabbing the fries with his bare hands, as if nothing had happened. Then the cashier took care of cooking the steaks and filling the dining area, all without ever changing their gloves. The hygiene is appalling; avoid this place, I tell you! 🤮🤮

09/03/2025: A very pleasant tobacco bar to frequent. Well located in the city center, it is pleasant to sit on the terrace to have a coffee or other drink. The staff and owners are very pleasant, smiling and friendly.

26/01/2026: Awena and Mélanie provided impeccable service, super friendly, pleasant, and incredibly fast. The food was hot, and the new flat potatoes (wavy fries or something like that) were crispy. Nothing to complain about except that we need more people like Awena and Mélanie! 🤩

17/03/2026: Ordered a terrible kebab tonight, it tasted like turkey... the panini was for kids, the bread wasn't cooked and the cheese wasn't evenly distributed... For now, I'll stick with Delice Doner.

09/03/2026: I came with friends for the first time, and this kebab was touted as the best in Alençon. I admit I had some doubts about their claims, but once I tasted the kebab, I understood. The meat was of exceptionally high quality for a kebab, the condiments were fresh, and the bread had the perfect balance between crispy and soft. The fries were homemade, which was a definite plus. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the taste. I think it must have been the oil. It's a hit or miss, unfortunately, you know? The negative point was the sauce. I ordered a white sauce, also homemade, but there was an overpowering aftertaste of mayonnaise. I was annoyed at the time, but it's not a big deal. The service was impeccable, with a big smile from the chef. The prices were standard, and the setting was simple and clean. I'll gladly return next time I'm in Alençon.

26/03/2026: A truly excellent meal, plus the musical atmosphere is delightful, the vibe of the 67 is irresistible 😜 just like the food (photo attached). I highly recommend it, GIMS is there 😎

22/03/2026: One star is already far too much! Over half an hour's wait at the register! There was nobody there!!! So, that long wait just to receive two mini desserts and a drink. All rather expensive... No greeting at the register, nor when the order was delivered to the table, and above all, no apology. Burger King L'Aigle is more friendly and helpful. Goodbye
