01/04/2024: Frankly I don't recommend this atmospheric bar too much problem plus there is no security (useless) so at any time you can find yourself in the middle of a fight.... A place with history has no air conditioning or anything else to allow people to breathe and ventilate the room. Alcohol everywhere on the floor and on the tables, this bar is rubbish!!!!! They steal a glass of alcohol from you, they hit you but the security will throw you out and forcibly spank you badly to avoid any responsibility…..(even if it doesn't come from you) This was my second visit in two years….and it will remain the last!!!

31/03/2024: We came yesterday and were able to witness a big miss on the neighboring table See previous review. The person was not rude, they just wanted to assert their rights. As far as we are concerned, a bland meal for the price, too bad!

09/09/2023: We drove 30 minutes to enjoy the cuisine of this restaurant which was still open on Google. When we arrived at the restaurant which was open, the lady informed us that they were not serving today because there was a meal to reserve, a meal which must have been family, given that the person got up from this said table which was in front of the restaurant. Who says restaurant, normally says serving customers!!!!!! So in the future please specify correctly that you are closed, this will avoid disappointment.

31/03/2024: Very good bakery. We have always been satisfied and pleasant staff!!! You can have breakfast on site and in season, prepared meals to take away, very practical. I recommend 100/100

08/01/2024: Stopped off for a coffee and croissant. Smiling friendly service, hot coffee, warm croissant and pain au chocolate. The takeaway baguette was still good that evening. Not cheap, not expensive. Nice little boulangerie/bakery.

11/03/2024: I'm giving 2 stars just to support the summer team! On the other hand, the winter team leaves something to be desired. A terrace not full, the several tables sat down and left without taking anything because it was so long, everything we wanted to drink was not possible because there were no glasses 🤣, in short 20 minutes of Waiting for a pepsi and 2 iceteas, we ordered pancakes which never arrived 40 minutes later….. So we decided to leave. The displeased cashier lady cashes us without a thank you without a goodbye! Besides, neither does the server!!! Lack of professionalism!! We who love going there in the summer will no longer go during the winter period!! In summer with a packed terrace you have your cocktails in 5 minutes on the table and with friendly waiters and bartender!! We understood that it wasn’t the winter customers who generated their turnover 😅 But then we ask ourselves the question if we really want to continue donating money to this company even in the summer and yet we have been regular customers for years!! In short, very disappointed…

04/02/2024: Very disappointed. 1h15 wait for 3 pancakes. When the pancakes arrive, my son's is missing an egg. We are given plastic cutlery which of course breaks as soon as we start eating. I ask to see the boss, no boss?????? If you're not able to serve people, don't fill your patio to capacity. In short, we will not come back.

12/11/2023: We came to have breakfast with the family. There was a change of ownership a month ago. The teas, coffee and hot chocolate were excellent! Very nice owner. Don't trust the old comments which represent the quality of the previous owners... I recommend !

24/10/2023: This café restaurant is very pleasant, the owners are exceptionally kind! Chatting with them was a real pleasure! Just like eating their local and homemade pastries, I recommend stopping there if you spend a day or an afternoon in Argelès!
