16/02/2026: Absolutely terrible and disgusting. The meat and bread were undercooked, completely tasteless, and the establishment is shady. The staff is unpleasant, even drunk. Prices are very high, and they often raise them, sometimes even if you're not paying attention. I definitely don't recommend this snack bar unless you want food poisoning.

In short, pathetic for a simple gratinéed taco... putting in a little more effort and a few extra minutes would make all the difference...

11/03/2026: It's an absolute disgrace! I placed a full order at the McDonald's in the Auchan shopping center in Perpignan, and it was a complete disaster. We had to wait forever because they had to go get the receipt before preparing the order. The entire order was incomplete: the Happy Meal was missing its box, toy, and book, and on top of that, everything else was missing too. And to top it all off, when we started eating, we found a dental appliance in the fries. It's absolutely scandalous. No compensation was offered, and my daughter and I are still in shock from discovering a dental appliance in our food. It's unacceptable; I will never set foot in that place again, and I strongly advise against going there.

13/03/2026: Unacceptable experience and illegal practice. I am deeply shocked by the service at this McDonald's. To get a high chair for my child, the staff demanded that I leave my car keys or passport as a deposit. I would like to remind you that this practice is not only abusive but also illegal under French law. A private establishment has absolutely no right to demand the retention of official identification (state property) or personal belongings as collateral for a basic service. This infringes on the freedom of movement and safety of customers. This is unacceptable for a chain that claims to be "family-friendly." I will be reporting this because demanding a passport for a baby seat is an intolerable overreach. Absolutely avoid this place if you value your rights and dignity.

12/03/2026: Hello, I arrived at the restaurant on March 11, 2026, around 2 PM. There were two adults (my wife and myself) and two children, one of whom is our 22-month-old daughter. I asked for a high chair for her. The waiters told us that if we wanted a high chair for our child, we would have to leave them either our car keys or our ID/passport as a deposit. I find that, firstly, this is not a good way to welcome customers, and secondly, it seems to me that it is illegal to ask for identification as a deposit (there is a law on the protection of personal data, so it's not up to code). High chairs are a basic element for providing a basic service for families in restaurants, and they should be provided free of charge and without any deposit.

28/02/2026: It's a shame we can't give zero stars. On Saturday the 28th, two of us ate at McDonald's before going to work. The server, covered in film, brought us our trays; the hygiene was appalling. Luckily, he was wearing a hairnet. We opened the Big Mac, which was almost the size of the cheeseburger. The lettuce was everywhere in the wrapper but not in the Big Mac itself, and the same for the cheese—they weren't even able to put it on the patty. In short, there was ice in our drinks even though we had asked for none, and no ice at all. In short, never again. I absolutely do not recommend this McDonald's. The hygiene is appalling.

25/02/2026: I grabbed some take away food here after a long and tiring day of travel. They were about to close so I chose quickly. The food was a lovely surprise, tasty and filling, I will definitely go back if I'm in the area.

21/01/2026: A loyal customer of this establishment since its beginnings, and even before when it had a kiosk at the train station, I just learned of the change of ownership. While the products look the same, some have declined in quality or disappeared altogether (Florentines, coconut macaroons). I bought a ham and butter sandwich twice; the bread was hard and hadn't risen, and the ham was microscopic (before, the bread was divine and crispy). The cake looks the same, but where have the candied fruits gone? I only saw three small cubes (it used to be one of my favorites). The croissants are no longer made with butter, and the same goes for the pain au chocolat, which have declined in quality. Meanwhile, the prices have gone up, and the slice of galette des rois at €3.40 was microscopic and very poorly cut. In short, I'm disappointed, especially since the service isn't great, and when it's busy, it's chaotic. I miss the previous owners who put their heart and soul into this business, which was bordering on thriving. Excellence... A disappointed former customer
