21/03/2024: We are regulars but we feel a small drop in service plus air conditioning and additional heating for an average C suite....

15/03/2024: There is no reception at this hotel, so the hotel entrance, room and elevator operate by code. So very impersonal. In addition, you are given a telephone number in case of emergency, which supposedly works 24/7 but we had no luck, while my husband was stuck in the elevator, this number never reached answered (yet call at 9:00 a.m.!). And when I called during the day to complain, I was assured in a peremptory tone that this number was always answered. Furthermore, the bed is located upstairs by climbing a very narrow and very steep staircase. Not practical when the toilets and bathroom are on the lower floor. Very dark suite, no heating (it's still 6/8° at night...), very limited storage, for a weekend it's okay, but no more... we didn't have breakfast, because we don't eat not much in the morning and the price is prohibitive (29€/person), but NESPRESSO machine in the room and a Pralus store 100m away where we stocked up on Praluline, a delicious praline brioche. Almost no welcome products, only liquid soap dispenser. Positive points all the same: very comfortable bed, hotel well located in the heart of old Lyon, well-restored historic building. We will not return to this type of hotel without service and operating on an economy basis, for a price that is not insignificant...

25/02/2024: Very tasty wines combined with good cheese! The waiter was a bit special but sweet and authentic. The ambience was great!

02/04/2024: We went as a family for ice cream today.. They bring us completely melted ice creams, where the caramel is absent. We complain that the price is increasing but the quantities are decreasing! Sunday being (was) my favorite ice cream, ordered in McDonald's all over France, I can tell you that I have never had ice cream like this! When we get the ice cream “given later” we are given an even more ridiculous ice cream (revenge?)!! Faced with my astonishment at the ice cream presented to me, it is weighed by the “manager”. He tells us that it weighs 145 grams instead of 143, so we should consider ourselves lucky. Once I got home I decided to weigh it and I saw that it was 102 grams and 130 g with the caramel!! A SHAME for an ice cream for €3.75!! I hope dear sir that you will see my message and that you will realize that it is unacceptable to treat these customers in this way! TO FLEE
