20/04/2026: A complete disaster! A tourist trap! I wanted to spend a romantic first anniversary with my sweetheart at this restaurant. What a disaster – it was so awful, I cried. No joke. First, we were greeted by a child. At first glance, cute; the daughter helps out in the restaurant. On second thought: oh, a child is being exploited and working all evening in the restaurant. Now for the food. The nuts: rotten. The seafood didn't taste fresh either; I only managed one bite. The ravioli tasted like they'd been made by an 8-year-old. No, actually, that's too harsh. Even the dessert couldn't save it: a pre-made lava cake, and the panna cotta was a slap in the face. To top it all off, they tried to rip us off and charged us different prices than those on the menu. Unprofessional. When I told the server we weren't happy, she just nodded pityingly. I think this restaurant is a scam; don't fall for it. ... Furthermore, the ambiance is completely overkill kitsch, and the fish in the bathtub are a terrible form of animal cruelty.

17/12/2025: This is a must-visit pub in Old Lyon. The beer menu is extremely well-stocked. The service is always top-notch. It's sometimes a victim of its own success, and it's not always easy to find a table.

06/02/2026: We were looking for a place to enjoy a good wine and some appetizers before dinner. Nice selection of wines by the glass! We then had a mix of cheeses, delicious. The owner is kind and welcoming! I'm not sure I'd go there again, but if you happen to be passing through, it's the perfect place!

16/04/2026: Amorino is a must-stop whenever you're in Old Lyon. For those who haven't yet discovered this Italian ice cream shop, I highly recommend trying the salted caramel and pistachio flavors—they're excellent. Personally, I prefer the cup to the cone for a more satisfying taste, and as always, you can choose three or even four different flavors to keep things interesting. A real treat for those with a sweet tooth! I wholeheartedly recommend it for a quality sweet break in the neighborhood.

21/03/2026: Warning! The Bianca Suite listing clearly states 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, but I only learned after booking that access to the second bedroom costs extra (€45). Customer service was cold and inflexible, refusing to acknowledge the problem or offer any compensation, despite the inaccurate listing! Otherwise, the place is lovely.

21/03/2026: Very nice location. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. The only downside: a horrible sewage smell upon entering the room, which persisted until the morning of our departure, and a dirty bedspread. The breakfast price was exorbitant! At that price, we're used to an all-you-can-eat buffet. It's a shame because without these minor inconveniences, the rating would have been perfect.

02/03/2026: A nice pub that a friend introduced me to. We went there in the afternoon for a good beer while waiting for the concert we'd come to see at Tony Garnier. The atmosphere was quite relaxed, but it was still very pleasant. I'll definitely go back to this pub next time I'm in Lyon.

15/01/2026: I've been going to Kelly's for almost 8 years now, and I can say without hesitation that it's THE pub for a great night out in Old Lyon! Super friendly atmosphere, fantastic staff, pizzas and sausages, rugby or football matches, dartboards… there's always a good reason to go. A huge bonus is the quizzes that take place every Wednesday evening! A real pub, just the way we like them, where you feel comfortable and want to stay. Go for it! 🍻

19/03/2026: A reliable choice for 15 years. Chill atmosphere, good music, good beer. Be sure to check on football/rugby match nights, because the atmosphere becomes more like a pub.
