The restaurant is pleasant and the service is decent despite the chain's usual shortcomings. The staff is quite friendly. The air conditioning works well. However, the dining room isn't properly cleaned and the interior is a bit dated. Overall, the place is poorly maintained.

The last two times I've been to the drive-thru... the service was fantastic, they asked me how I was doing, I've never experienced that kind of welcome at a fast food restaurant. The gentleman was very charming. The young women taking orders were also very pleasant. Honestly, well done!

Thank you to the manager and staff for helping me with a credit card issue; they took the time to help me during the busy rush. Every order has always been perfect and arrived piping hot without fail, despite the high volume of customers.

A huge thank you to Jasmine, Kaély, and Anne-Sophie for their kindness and professionalism at my son's birthday party at McDonald's. For two hours, they looked after the children with great patience, good humor, and attentiveness. Thanks to them, the children had a wonderful time, and everything was perfectly organized. Thank you again for your warm welcome and smiles; it's truly a pleasure to meet such lovely people! 😊

Paul

15/09/2026: I was warmly welcomed by two excellent salespeople, one of whom was very hospitable, professional, and friendly. At the end of the day, a smile is much needed. This salesperson's name is Sofiane, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your attentiveness and advice. You also sold me a very good Viennese coffee.
21/06/2026: A very hot Sunday, a break for coffee at Paul's... we found two waitresses, Olympe and Mathilde, whose smiles and professionalism knew how to brighten our afternoon. Thank you so much, ladies.

McDonald's

28/08/2026: Bus stops too close together. Dirty restrooms and damaged equipment.
24/07/2026: The staff at this McDonald's are super friendly and helpful, and especially the two girls working today are amazing!
