As much as I had been there before and everything had gone well, on Saturday evening after 9 p.m., I had to wait more than 20 minutes because the team in place that evening did not have as a priority serving customers quickly and GOOD. While some are tidying up while chatting with others, thus ignoring the customers waiting too long, there is only one girl to make the orders and she takes them out in a strange order but calmly..... I should point out that there was only me and 1 other take-out order after me, and only a few tables occupied. I go to McDonald's to be served quickly and not to have people take it easy in front of my nose! I might have said nothing but when the young man who spent 15 minutes tidying up and chatting decides to finish my order (while the one after me has already left for 5 minutes) I see that my large fries are as full as a small one and we didn't even open the box properly to fill it. I ask for it to be refilled and I am told "I'm not allowed"?!?!?!? Sorry???!!! But they pretend to add 3 fries...to keep me quiet . Unfortunately I say I am dissatisfied with the time and the quality of the service and I am told that I must show respect??!!!! Wow!!! Clearly the team in place on Saturday 3/16 in the evening at need to go back to McDonald's training!!!! I was still offered a refund if I wasn't happy.....nice try but I would have preferred an apology from the staff and the manager and a commercial gesture as it should be at McDonald's!!

Drive-thru and Uber Eats customer for several years. The products respect the quality of what one would expect from a good restaurant of the brand. The service is fast despite the crowds. When ordering through the drive there is rarely a problem but there are often omissions on Uber Eats orders (mainly sauces). In terms of price, the cheapest menus start at around 5 euros with the McSmart and the most expensive are around 17 euros with the signature double meat menus.

A regular visitor to the place, I can only recommend this McDonald's which welcomes us warmly at least once a week. The table service is particularly pleasant, especially when you get annoyed by the waitress who has honey in her ears or when you are served by Alexandre (the handsome and charismatic man with big arms)! When it comes to food, we're at McDonald's! In short, it’s perfect! The place is exactly what you would expect, and takes on a fantastic look when Alexandre lights it up...

We come regularly (once a week) and I haven't noticed any major problems. The service is pleasant (especially when it's Alexandre/the waiter with big arms who serves us). The burgers are worthy of what we expect from McDonald's.

This restaurant is the ideal place for our meals with friends. It has the advantage of being located near an electric scooter parking point. I think this restaurant is the paragon of the Macdonald's chain for the following 6 reasons: - the staff (in the vast majority, or at least those I had the opportunity to meet) are welcoming and dynamic. More profoundly, I have had on several occasions accidental problems with my order, but always an employee at my disposal to remedy this. - the atmosphere: the restaurant is relatively uncrowded, therefore very quiet. The Sopranos soundtrack is relaxing. I like. I'm on fire! - cleanliness: here I give it 4/5. I happened to hit 2-3 pieces of debris with my foot. Still, in my humble opinion, the fault lies with the customers, not the staff. Individual responsibility is clearly no longer a dogma today... - Alexandre: or in any case the extremely muscular and very helpful employee, polite and who bends over backwards to make me happy. Even today, JUST 10 MINUTES AGO, I didn't have my nuggets: I'm going to see him: I have my nuggets. I think I found my Sensei. - the classic burger: in fact a classic burger is like a burger but a classic burger in fact, yeah. - the speed of service: the order always reaches me diligently. 5 - 10 minutes maximum. Time to wash my caregiver hands with soap and water available in the toilets! 5 - 10 minutes is also the daily duration that I don't think about Alexandre... In conclusion: I order and I recommend! NB: I collected 95% of my 1000 McDonald’s points at this restaurant, a guarantee of quality! NB 2: this MacDo is equipped with a defibrillator.
