The manager did everything to make sure we had a great time!
24/01/2026: We've been sharing this place regularly with colleagues for the past five years.
Tonight, for being 12 minutes late leaving, the waiter started talking about himself, saying he wanted to go home and get some sleep to be rested for tomorrow. He was pushy, even disrespectful.
He told me that given my job, I should understand, that I'd been talking about my job all evening and that I should seek help... My conversation with my friends wasn't supposed to involve the staff. We were at our table, we were all very respectful of both the place and the staff, and we enjoyed our drinks and food. I will never set foot in this place again, despite its good points. Staff recruitment is crucial when you choose to work in the service industry, and I worked in quite a bit of it during my studies.

13/08/2025: Excellent place for lunch, we've been there several times with colleagues and friends. The back terrace is well hidden but worth it! The pitas and salads never disappoint.
But the restaurant suffers greatly from understaffing: Today, the waitress, who is otherwise super nice, full of goodwill, and very efficient, was... ALONE! Even when there are two of them, the service is quite slow. But this time, we waited almost 20 minutes before taking our order, and then another 20 minutes afterward. Too bad!

22/01/2026: Good evening, I came to eat this evening, Thursday, January 22nd, at 7 pm. I ordered a fish menu, but I was disappointed. The fries were the bottom of the basket; I didn't eat them. As I was leaving, I mentioned this to a dark-haired gentleman with glasses who was on duty, but he didn't respond or apologize, nor did he offer to replace them, which is mandatory. I asked him to put my drink on the go, which he did. As I was leaving, I said goodbye, but he didn't reply. I insisted, and he responded in a cold tone: no thank you, no goodbye. I don't understand this person's attitude and hope he isn't the manager. It's a bad example for the team, which I found to be good. I'm not even mentioning his coldness; he didn't smile or anything. If this person recognizes himself, I hope he doesn't repeat the same behavior. I've read the reviews, which unfortunately aren't favorable. Mr. Manager, please brief the employees who don't know how to manage and understand that first impressions are everything. This is how you lose customers. It's a shame for someone like him; word of mouth isn't going to be great...
14/01/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I arrived at 10 PM to order: none of the kiosks were working. Several customers arrived and left immediately because no one had an answer as to why it was impossible to order… Unbelievable! I decided to order click and collect, which took much longer because I also needed the kiosks to scan the QR code. The employees are constantly rushing; the company really needs to hire more staff! The place is filthy (like nothing I've ever seen in other restaurants), dust everywhere, especially around the checkout area, sticky floor—in short, a disaster. Then came the order: having ordered the cheese fries and bacon, I received (see photo) 15 fries, bacon grease, and… no cheese… Interesting! There was a hair in my cup. The jalapeno sandwich had… one jalapeno, and half the filling was missing (e.g., bacon). And of course, all this for an exorbitant price! I know it's McDonald's, but still, as a customer, you get the feeling you're being mocked and ripped off... In short, avoid it! If you want another fast-food place, go a little further; it will be much more worthwhile than this joke!
