It's 12:45 AM, the establishment is packed (which is normal for this area), and there are only two people working! It's absolutely unacceptable for a business of this size to leave its staff so understaffed in the face of such a high volume of customers.
The result: an interminable wait and disastrous management. You need to review your night shift organization; this is a blatant lack of respect for the customers (and for the employees who have to deal with the rush).

Brice (from Nice), an excellent waiter, gave my boyfriend and me a very warm welcome 😌 He's very well-trained and the food is top-notch; I felt like I was in a Michelin-starred restaurant.

I order from this restaurant very often (once every 2-3 days, via Deliveroo) and frankly, I'm pleasantly surprised compared to other restaurants: orders are 95% complete and ready quite quickly, the sandwiches (Big Macs in particular) are very well prepared, and there are often napkins in the bags—rare elsewhere, I think. In short, I recommend this restaurant... for delivery, because eating in is often a free-for-all during rush hour, and the waiting area is tiny.

The place is alright, but I'm a little disappointed.
- The kiosks are glitchy.
- The burgers are poorly made (all stuck together).
And paying is quite difficult in the small space downstairs.
However, eating in was great! 👌🏼
