11/06/2026: The person at the counter today was very unpleasant. We handed her a bill, she tore it up and told us to take it back, even though she was the one who tore it. On top of that, she only dispensed a tiny amount and was incredibly arrogant. Do something about this, or you're going to lose a lot of customers.

01/05/2026: Well... It's hard to be objective, given my passion for all things German. As soon as there's a German place in France, I'm there in a flash.
The staff (waiters and baristas) are incredibly attentive; it's lovely to receive such genuine hospitality.
The drinks menu is extensive (classic cocktails, German-style cocktails, and plenty of German beers). The food menu is varied: German snacks (sausages, charcuterie boards) and the current trends: bagels and burgers. I was a little disappointed with the desserts; nothing particularly authentic except for the apple strudel.
The music is soft electronic, at a decent volume.
The decor is in the Berlin style, with items from there; spread over two floors, beautifully done, with framed pictures and pieces of German culture on the walls. And some clever creative touches (check out the pendant lights above the bar ;)
Price: reasonable (expect to pay around €13 for a bagel and a drink).
Clientele: mixed, mostly in their thirties

30/06/2026: Arrived at the end of the rush... Slow service, unmotivated staff... Order error... Unwelcoming dining room (dirty floor, okay for the end, but the table sponges need changing more often)... Toilet out of order... Luckily the air conditioning was still working...
30/06/2026: I went to McDonald's specifically to use the restroom. I waited 10 minutes outside the door, and when I didn't see anyone come out, a man told me to ask at the information desk because they often close! I went to ask, and they told me it was closed for the day! And there wasn't even a sign to warn me! The outside is absolutely filthy, there's no other word for it! The air conditioning upstairs is incredibly strong, and there was no bacon in my Big Tasty? In short, I'm very disappointed with this McDonald's; I won't be going back.
