When I went to the drive-thru they often got their orders wrong.
Inside the atmosphere is nice.
22/08/2024: Why come back to mc donald de bassens? I knew it though! Worst MC Donald ever. This time it's 10 p.m. so they're not overwhelmed and we've been waiting for 30 minutes for 2 cokes and 2 sandwiches....it's officially the last time!

08/09/2024: The McDonald's is located near the casino/bowling alley and cinema. Fast service, the food is served hot (unlike other McDonald’s…). However, remember to check that nothing is missing from your order.
08/09/2024: Yesterday afternoon 07 09 at 3:30 p.m. me and my 10 year old son went to eat I ordered 2 menus a big Mac and a double cheese menu when my son finished the fries we discovered label waste my son was disgusted I called the manager who offered to make him another one my son today is sick with gastro I don't move ask where he comes from I avoid this place I strongly advise against

24/03/2024: Nous avons déjeuné de nombreuses fois à l' Altipiano lors de notre semaine.. Service rapide.Personnel top et professionnel. Cuisine très correcte. Super ambiance musicale.Les skis aux pieds .
After ski en fin de journée très endiablée..
Terrasse ensoleillée. Clientèle sans chichi et sportive...
16/03/2024: Que dire ! Une honte, service exécrable, surtout le chauve chargé du placement des tables. Préféré mille fois celui tout petit plus en dessous : Le PrarionD, moins cher, meilleur et service sans stress !

07/09/2024: Passage this September 8, 2024 at noon. Why do the 2 managers manage orders without caps or caps with their hair blowing in the wind? They are supposed to set an example to the teammates who THEY had headgear, right?
So you didn't miss the hair found in a frit.
Otherwise the food is OK (basic McDonald's). Really long wait for order.
03/09/2024: Not sure why all these other people are complaining but my experience was excellent.
Polite staff, fast service and the food quality was excellent.

04/05/2024: Restaurant to flee, deplorable service, waiting time a little long mzis it's acceptable, we came on 4/05/24 for lunch.
We asked for a steak with salad and green beans and cooked rare and the other cooked to medium rare, we got 2 steaks the same!!
I absolutely do not recommend.
24/04/2024: Great staff, really helpful and pleasant and the fondue is delicious.

13/09/2024: Order at 3:30 p.m. Served at 3:55 p.m. when there is no one in the restaurant. The sauces are missing and the burgers are cold and rubbery. When I go to warn the teammates, it makes them laugh. In addition... the place is not very clean.

18/08/2024: I'm a regular at this Subway but here the unpleasant employees who barely put a few pieces of chicken and who cut my sandwich any way you want, don't overdo it and they dare tell me 'you have to pay extra to get more meat' '
11/08/2024: Sunday August 11 between noon and two we came to eat at the Subway restaurant, there were two of us
As soon as we arrived, the welcome was cold and not very warm.
There were only 2 of us to order in the restaurant
I explained that it was the first time that I had come to a Subway restaurant in order to obtain explanations on the concept and the prices
I felt that I was disturbing
It's a shame
I hope that the restaurant will take these comments into account to improve the experience of its future customers.

A pita for €16, tiny and empty. Dishonesty like I have rarely seen. For the bit of stuffing, it was very bland. I would have put 0 if I could.
