We wanted to try it out since it's only five minutes from our house. We weren't disappointed at all with the quality and quantity of the platters. The atmosphere is great, the service is fast, and the staff is friendly. We recommend it and we'll be back. 👌🏻
24/07/2026: I strongly advise against going there. I've been several times and each time I've waited over 30 minutes just to order a drink. A little more responsiveness would be appreciated.

09/08/2026: We went there for a night out with a friend, and received a fantastic welcome (a huge thank you to Wendy and Blandine, they're amazing!), the interior was particularly cozy, and the chicken club sandwich was a pleasant surprise – I wasn't complaining! Very satisfied with Columbus, go for it, you won't be disappointed!
09/08/2026: I stopped by for a quick meal, nice quiet place with several choices. Wendy and Coralise were really kind and helpful.

29/07/2026: It was my first time at the Subway in Chambéry, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the service.
I was on the phone when I arrived. The staff let me finish my call at my leisure, without asking me to leave or hurry. Then, when it came time to take my order, the employee even offered to give me all the information at once so I could call the person I was speaking to back as quickly as possible.
I found this gesture very kind. The entire team was smiling, patient, and very friendly. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness; I will gladly return!

11/07/2026: Very, very slow Saturday afternoon, 15-minute wait because the waitress had a larger order (7 meals) which she asked the gentleman several times if that was it or what he wanted, to the point of asking what kind of meal with ciabatta I told her everything, plus the size, and she asked me what it was 🤦🏼♀️ You need to learn about your products, it would surely be faster.

The rooms are exactly to our liking. We also appreciate the meal, which is always exquisite and beautifully presented.

From Mila in the sales department, who was available and very professional, to the exquisite cuisine, and Oussama for the outstanding, personalized service and his incredible generosity.

12/06/2026: The staff are truly friendly, respectful, and hardworking. The workers and servers are very professional and welcoming; I have no complaints about them. However, I was surprised by the attitude of the restaurant manager/head chef, who sometimes speaks rudely to his employees in front of customers. This is unfortunate, as it creates a negative atmosphere and doesn't reflect the quality of work the team provides. I hope the employees will be treated with more respect in the future, as they deserve to be recognized for their excellent work.
