24/03/2026: This kebab restaurant is absolutely top-notch, where everything is superb: the meats, vegetables, and bread are incredibly fresh and of excellent quality (the fries and chicken are wow! 🤩), the sandwiches and platters are generously filled and beautifully presented, the welcome is incredibly warm, the atmosphere is wonderfully pleasant, the service is impeccable, and the entire restaurant is exceptionally clean. The people who run this restaurant with such dedication are incredibly lovely and highly professional. It's simply wonderful, pure bliss! 🌞 Going to this restaurant, which we highly recommend without hesitation, is to treat yourself to a truly relaxing, peaceful, and tranquil experience. 30/04/2026: I often eat at McDonald's, but this one is the worst I've ever had. Tuesday the 28th at 6:15 PM, so the place was empty, maybe six customers. I ordered a 280, my beef patty was black, the sandwich was dry (you know, that can happen). I went to ask them to remake it, but I was bothering the staff who were chatting. Despite my dissatisfaction, they remade it, and it was just as DISGUSTING! Too much ketchup and not enough cheese sauce! The cheddar was ice cold, not even melted a little, neither time! We already pay a lot for what it is; we expect a minimum of quality and RESPECT. Stop hiring young people, hire responsible adults. They need guidance because they are neither professional nor respectful of others. I'll travel further; the one in Moissy-Cramayel is the best!
30/04/2026: I ordered 3 double cheeseburgers with bacon at the drive-thru for 19 Euros. The wait was very long despite there being few customers. My burgers were cold, and there was no ketchup or mustard. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

07/12/2025: We pointed out a hair on a sandwich in the display case to the waitress. We wanted to buy the last two. She asked us if we still wanted them?! So we only took one. Five minutes later, she said to her colleague, laughing, "Some customers saw a hair on their sandwich. What do we do? Put it back?" Well, of course, we're not going to throw it away! 🤣 The hygiene is appalling. I can only imagine what happens if things fall on the floor in the kitchen! We're not going to throw it away!

08/04/2026: The drive-thru service is getting longer and longer. Over 45 minutes even though there were only two cars in front. And of course, they forgot the burger.
06/04/2026: After waiting 35 minutes for my order, I received cold fries and a half-full container. I then noticed errors in the bag containing my order, so I had to return to get it replaced, which required another 10-minute wait. When my order was finally delivered, there was no apology, not even to the manager present; just the sandwich placed on the display with a "Have a good evening."

06/04/2026: Wow… what to say about this place, if even I had words to describe it. Well, the one I know best is probably: Terrible! Horrendous! Not only mcdonald’s in general is a lot more expensive in france it’s also where the worst ones are apparently. Waiting 15min for a Large Big Tasty Meal and when I got it it was cold, tasteless (ironic ain’t it, they should change the name to Not Tasty or something lol). Absolutely awful. I forgive my local UK mcdonald’s from now on as this was the lowest service you can ever get.

19/04/2026: I don't recommend it. I placed a €43 order for delivery on March 13th, my order was canceled, and I contacted customer service. They assured me I would be refunded within 15 days, but I still haven't received anything. Today, April 19th, I placed another order through the app, which was canceled again, and I was charged. I contacted customer service through the app, and they confirmed they would refund me. I know the deadline is 15 days, and I know it won't happen. So I went to the restaurant, spoke to the manager, and they told me they couldn't do anything. It's a blatant lack of respect for the customer; you order, you pay, and you receive nothing. The worst part is that they say they can't do anything, like: "I've already paid, so I'm not going to accept a loss of almost 80 euros. I'm going to take legal action and I'll never set foot in a McDonald's again."
15/04/2026: The prices are exorbitant, the place is run by a bad crowd, and the fry boxes are barely half full. That was the last time I went there.

27/03/2026: I wanted to share my experience today at the Nespresso boutique in Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle Airport, which proved particularly disappointing and completely at odds with the image of quality and prestige associated with the brand. Upon my arrival, the boutique was entirely empty. Despite this, none of the sales staff bothered to greet me, say hello, or even offer assistance. I had to take the initiative myself and go to the counter to ask for help. I was greeted by a saleswoman whose attitude was immediately haughty and unfriendly. Wanting to make an informed purchase, I asked if it was possible to taste a coffee before making my choice. To my surprise, I was curtly told that tastings were not offered. No alternative was suggested, not even a paid option, which is usually standard practice in this type of store. This rude response only reinforced my feeling of being unwelcome. Throughout the exchange, the saleswoman maintained a visibly irritated demeanor, with a closed and unprofessional expression, as if my presence was an embarrassment. Feeling uncomfortable, I cut my selection short and placed my order in haste. The experience deteriorated further at the point of payment. Having presented a €50 note for a purchase over €20, the saleswoman made her displeasure explicit: she asked me if I didn't have any change, sighed conspicuously, and then commented aloud to a colleague, "I don't understand why they always come with €50 notes; it must be the end of the month." She then continued to complain about the lack of change, implicitly blaming me for the situation. This behavior struck me as particularly inappropriate, even disrespectful. As a customer, I don't believe it's my responsibility to anticipate a business's internal cash handling constraints, much less to endure unpleasant remarks about it. In conclusion, this experience was marked by a blatant lack of professionalism, hospitality, and respect. I am deeply disappointed, especially since I expected impeccable service from such a renowned brand as Nespresso. This level of service falls far short of expectations and is inconsistent with the brand image the company typically projects.
