29/05/2026: Second bad experience at the drive-thru in less than a month. - The first time, I was alone at the drive-thru and waited almost 10 minutes without any communication from the employees at the order kiosk. So I left. - The second time, same situation: alone at the drive-thru, I was asked to wait "a little while," which ended up lasting at least 5 to 10 minutes. So, once again, I left, because I wasn't going to wait indefinitely like the first time, especially without any further information. This is unacceptable, especially since no one else was at the drive-thru. The wait was therefore completely unjustified.

30/05/2026: Champions League night, and the staff forgot to include my order. So I go back, and they politely tell me that if everyone did that, it would be chaos. It's madness.

30/05/2026: Hello, I am very disappointed with the service today. I was told the order would be brought outside, but no one came out. When I went to see her, she told me she had looked everywhere for me, even though we clearly saw her walk by without going outside. I find this unacceptable. I would like to know how you intend to rectify the situation, as there was clearly negligence on her part.

24/03/2026: This kebab restaurant is absolutely top-notch, where everything is superb: the meats, vegetables, and bread are incredibly fresh and of excellent quality (the fries and chicken are wow! 🤩), the sandwiches and platters are generously filled and beautifully presented, the welcome is incredibly warm, the atmosphere is wonderfully pleasant, the service is impeccable, and the entire restaurant is exceptionally clean. The people who run this restaurant with such dedication are incredibly lovely and highly professional. It's simply wonderful, pure bliss! 🌞 Going to this restaurant, which we highly recommend without hesitation, is to treat yourself to a truly relaxing, peaceful, and tranquil experience. 24/05/2026: An amazing restaurant with a fantastic 1950s vibe! The roller-skating waiters are super energetic and the burgers are delicious. The milkshakes are a real treat. I'll be back.

24/03/2026: There was a bit of a wait before getting in, but it was worth it! Nice decor, pleasant atmosphere. Efficient and attentive servers. The burgers are excellent, good value for money.

13/06/2026: Offer never available, not even the Wednesday one that's clearly displayed on the website and at the kiosks. Unprofessional. I almost forgot, they couldn't even scan my loyalty card, even though I presented it... Zero drive-through service. Zero customer service. I went back and the same thing, no stock. So I went to Mangal instead. PS: I'm writing a review because I've had this problem several times. We make the trip for nothing with no workaround, it's unacceptable...

16/05/2026: Lunch today with a friend, pleasantly surprised by the presentation of the dishes, the generous portions, and the excellent execution of the recipes, especially the deviled eggs as a starter and the Caesar salad, which was a real treat. I would also like to highlight the quality of the service.

14/06/2026: It doesn't seem like the employees are happy to work here. As usual, there are missing items in the fast food section, two kids' meals without toys... It's infuriating not knowing how to prepare an order properly. They're stingy with the hamburger sauce. The menu was completely unavailable... Seriously? There were no napkins either, and the sandwich bread was dry—frankly, it's ridiculous. There was stuff floating in the drink (see photos). It's disgusting! On the plus side, the fries and cheese sticks were good. Quick, wake up!

10/06/2026: 30 minutes in line only to find the €4.95 menu not available at the kiosk... I head to the till where the cashier tells me the menu is sold out... No information in the dining area, nor at the kiosks: you can tell they're the pros at this scam: 24 hours after the TV ad, it's gone, but since you waited, you spend money anyway... But for us, it's off across the street to Burger King... Goodbye Quick Cesson: a national promotional campaign requires better planning... If you want my CV...😉

20/05/2026: Table service, pleasant staff but a slow wait. Yet, there were few people around 3:21 PM. New menu replacing the McFirst. The taste was passable, the ice cream was tiny, the drink was 20cl for the 7Up but 25cl for the Coke – why the difference in the same type of menu? Apparently the Coke is more fizzy...

07/06/2026: I ordered a drink and an ice cream. After ten minutes, I thought I saw my order on the display. I waited another three minutes and asked about my order. I was told it wasn't ready yet, so I waited.... Ten minutes later, I asked if the order behind them might be mine. They told me it wasn't ready because it wasn't hot enough... yet I only ordered an ice cream and a drink... so my order sat for 15 minutes at room temperature (thanks for the cold chain!).... The organization was terrible, and I heard that some customers waited over 20 minutes for ice cream... This is unacceptable.

05/06/2026: I don't recommend click and collect. I'm a regular user, but every time you wait 15-20 minutes on average. You might as well go to the drive-through. Lack of responsiveness.

After the sauces, do we now have to check the burger ingredients? It's going to be a long wait, especially considering the already long wait times... A worrying decline for this chain.

31/05/2026: Terrible restaurant, terrible Uber Eats. I ordered three full meals for three people, the delivery driver brought three drinks and left. I do not recommend this restaurant.

31/05/2026: I came in earlier for an afternoon snack, ordering 5 apple pies and 2 ice creams (1 caramel and M&Ms McFlurry and 1 chocolate sundae). The order arrived after 15 minutes or more. The sundae was half melted and still there, and my McFlurry was barely a milkshake and without the M&Ms... At the counter, they added the M&Ms to the melted ice cream and a little more ice cream to the sundae... NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. P.S.: I don't usually like leaving reviews, but this really annoyed me. The ice cream should have been made after the apple pies were baked. Otherwise, everything was fine.

04/06/2026: Very disappointed. My burger wasn't cooked enough and the food was cold. The quality was really lacking. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I hope this will be improved for future customers.
