The owner's response??? We do without it because we know it!!!! When we read the comments, we see very clearly that this will never change because we have no respect for the drivers.

The games room tables are not clean.
It wasn't necessarily a good experience for me.
But the twins had a lot of fun in the games.
The young girl who brought us the meal was friendly and very professional.
It raises the level a little 🤔

11/05/2024: Big doubt about compliance with health instructions, my daughter ate last night, 2 hours later she started vomiting sick all night long, it's not the first time this has happened to her, I won't set foot in this Mac do again.

28/10/2023: New owner. I highly recommend. Simple menu and rich in flavor. Congratulations to the brigade. The room service is very well provided with a dynamic duo providing good advice. Looking forward to the return of sunny days for dinner on the terrace on the banks of the Yonne.

Very slow service, 19 minutes to be served, cold sandwiches, send back again waiting 10 minutes and still cold.
Around ten customers inside the restaurant, all impatient to be served.
Why such a long service, with so few customers...
24/04/2024: Urinals in the men's toilets without flushing very unpleasant smells, the service unfortunately leaves something to be desired several returns of cold items while I was waiting to be served, my fries were cold.

The manager yells at the employees without caring about the customers. An undressed team member comes to reinforce the team with his street clothes.
The wait was over 20 minutes to not even get my complete order so then the rest was cold. A horror !
One star because it is required to publish a review.
04/04/2024: super unpleasant staff cold and not even a little polite… the tables are dirty and when we kindly ask the manager to do something for us she tells us that she will send someone to us… always no one we ask again once… always no one… that’s 20 minutes people. I don’t mind that it’s late 10 p.m. but still…

04/04/2024: I wouldn't eat here again. The food looks inedible and is cold and the staff forgets things from the order. The McDonalds looked really good from the outside, but what you get here is not good at all. In addition, you have to wait a long time until you receive your order. The prices are also absolutely overpriced. Not a recommended store.

04/04/2024: A total disappointment. I ordered a Comté sandwich and after paying and trusting, I left without checking my order. It was when I wanted to eat my sandwich that I realized that there was absolutely nothing in it. Just bread and melted butter. See for yourself ! Obviously I couldn't go back because I wasn't nearby but I tried to call several times today to get a refund with no response from them.
This has never happened to me! More than 10€ for the formula and ultimately not eating anything is clearly rubbish.
I don't like to make these kinds of comments but this is total abuse.
