29/06/2026: Low-Food… Once again, the verdict is clear for this establishment… 35 minutes at the drive-thru for an order that was, once again, only half complete. No BBQ sauce, no fries, wrong drink, missing children's drink, flat drink… the burgers were cold, and the cheese was completely undercooked! The service is truly appalling. Where are the managers? Considering the price, it's a disgrace.

28/06/2026: The mixed-race girl who worked on June 28th (Sunday) was incredibly unpleasant and arrogant. She spilled our drinks on the table, but she just left the mess and walked away… What's more, she served me a really bad Coke; it tasted like bleach! And in the end, they told us it was just an empty Coke?! What kind of customer service is that?

04/06/2026: Very disappointed. My burger wasn't cooked enough and the food was cold. The quality was really lacking. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I hope this will be improved for future customers.

12/06/2026: A city-town atmosphere is guaranteed, from the waitresses' outfits to the excessively loud music, rap with vulgar lyrics.

07/06/2026: The photos on Google are really beautiful, but the reality wasn't exactly like that. I had breakfast there, it was a very hot day, but there weren't any cold drinks. The sandwich wasn't so good and the place was a bit dirty. I didn't feel comfortable there.

21/05/2026: Delicious toast. The price is a bit high, but you've come to Disneyland. If you want something to eat, grab a toast; it'll satisfy your hunger. The line is quite long, especially if you're buying coffee, for example, so you have to wait a while at the register. Everything is constantly refilled, so you're eating warm toast. It's full of cheese. You can tell it's greasy because it's dripping with it. It's fine by me.

27/03/2026: I wanted to share my experience today at the Nespresso boutique in Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle Airport, which proved particularly disappointing and completely at odds with the image of quality and prestige associated with the brand. Upon my arrival, the boutique was entirely empty. Despite this, none of the sales staff bothered to greet me, say hello, or even offer assistance. I had to take the initiative myself and go to the counter to ask for help. I was greeted by a saleswoman whose attitude was immediately haughty and unfriendly. Wanting to make an informed purchase, I asked if it was possible to taste a coffee before making my choice. To my surprise, I was curtly told that tastings were not offered. No alternative was suggested, not even a paid option, which is usually standard practice in this type of store. This rude response only reinforced my feeling of being unwelcome. Throughout the exchange, the saleswoman maintained a visibly irritated demeanor, with a closed and unprofessional expression, as if my presence was an embarrassment. Feeling uncomfortable, I cut my selection short and placed my order in haste. The experience deteriorated further at the point of payment. Having presented a €50 note for a purchase over €20, the saleswoman made her displeasure explicit: she asked me if I didn't have any change, sighed conspicuously, and then commented aloud to a colleague, "I don't understand why they always come with €50 notes; it must be the end of the month." She then continued to complain about the lack of change, implicitly blaming me for the situation. This behavior struck me as particularly inappropriate, even disrespectful. As a customer, I don't believe it's my responsibility to anticipate a business's internal cash handling constraints, much less to endure unpleasant remarks about it. In conclusion, this experience was marked by a blatant lack of professionalism, hospitality, and respect. I am deeply disappointed, especially since I expected impeccable service from such a renowned brand as Nespresso. This level of service falls far short of expectations and is inconsistent with the brand image the company typically projects.

16/06/2026: The place to find your comfort coffee, just like at home. You know they'll make it the same as always and it won't disappoint. There's usually a queue an hour before entering the park.
