16/08/2026: Rather disappointed. "The customer is king," used to be great, now it's "the customer is a liar" and they treat them like an idiot… We were missing an ice cream (it happens), I went to point it out immediately, and for the first time, I was asked to go back to the table to double-check what I'd said… We got an ice cream that was clearly not as full as it should have been, but oh well, I didn't say anything… We ordered children's meals and we received the same deck of cards multiple times, even though the toy was "Spiderman." My children were very sad to see all the other children who arrived after us getting the Spiderman toy. As we were leaving, I politely asked if we could exchange them, and they told me: "If you got those, it's because we're out of stock." In short… I could see they were clearly taking me for a fool since all the children who arrived after us got the toy… I didn't confront them but realized I was being treated like an idiot and left with disappointed children.

11/08/2026: Overflowing bins, dirty restaurant, lukewarm food, frozen cookies, watered-down Coke, empty hamburgers, and lots of complaining customers! Unacceptable! It's already closed at 10 PM; only the drive-thru is open.

08/08/2026: Hello everyone! The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The Croc McDo was frozen, the bread was hard, the fries were cold and unsalted, and the drink cups were dirty. I don't recommend it at all; avoid it!

05/08/2026: A terrible experience at this McDonald's. When it came time to serve us, the waitress reached over my daughter's head to place the tray on the table. As she did so, the corner of the tray hit my daughter's head, causing it to tip over. The Coke spilled completely onto the waitress's feet and my son, who ended up soaked from head to toe. What's most shocking is that the waitress never apologized. On the contrary, she tried to justify herself by saying that it was my daughter who had moved. We then waited more than five minutes before someone came to clean the table. We finally had to move and go back ourselves to ask for the spilled drink to be replaced. The waitress never came back to see us. No compensation was offered. When I mentioned it, I was simply told, "These things happen, and we've already remade your drink." "A response that I find completely inappropriate given the situation. Because of this incident and the wait, we ate cold food. The fact that it's fast food in no way justifies such a lack of professionalism and consideration for customers. A very disappointing experience. I hope measures will be taken to prevent this type of situation from happening again."

23/05/2026: The place has been very nice since the renovations. However, the food could be much better. The sausage and mashed potatoes were attractively priced: the mashed potatoes were very good, the sausage was average and too salty, and why use a processed sauce that ruins everything? They should have left it out altogether. The coffee was really not great. In short, not great.

15/07/2026: The food is good but the manager is very unpleasant, for no particular reason.

21/05/2026: This restaurant is a gem in Lieusaint, both for its delicious food and its simple, relaxed, and modern atmosphere. The owner is passionate about food. The place is quiet, the music is good, and the ingredients are fresh. I don't understand the negative comments that have been posted; we've been customers here for three years and enjoy the terrace in the summer while working in the sun. It's a 5/5 for us, as we like to eat in a pleasant setting away from the noise. There's a parking lot less than a 3-minute walk away. It's possible to reserve the venue for private events at affordable rates, and the service is excellent! I highly recommend this place for people who enjoy good food in a simple yet upscale setting. This type of place is rare in the area.

20/08/2026: A chic tea room. Delicious pastries and drinks. Sometimes there's a long wait to get in, but it's worth it.
