28/01/2026: This is a restaurant we frequent. Depending on the staff, you can be served quickly and efficiently by excellent employees, or you might find yourself waiting while they chat amongst themselves or make customers wait as if it were perfectly normal. The tables aren't always cleaned regularly, and when you order a grilled item, it's often forgotten (I guess I'm just unlucky). It all depends on the team working that day. I still recommend this restaurant, but be prepared to wait patiently and with a smile on some days.

17/08/2025: Marked open on Google and just a barely visible sign on the window to warn that it is closed for the whole month of August....Disgusted because after a 6 hour drive there is nothing open in the village...Stop to avoid if returning from vacation.

09/12/2025: I came to share a moment with my son, very warm welcome and super friendly waitress with a little something extra for my son who was delighted!
07/12/2025: We pointed out a hair on a sandwich in the display case to the waitress. We wanted to buy the last two. She asked us if we still wanted them?! So we only took one.
Five minutes later, she said to her colleague, laughing, "Some customers saw a hair on their sandwich. What do we do? Put it back?"
Well, of course, we're not going to throw it away! 🤣
The hygiene is appalling. I can only imagine what happens if things fall on the floor in the kitchen! We're not going to throw it away!

I ordered a well-cooked pizza with mushrooms. I was served a raw pizza with no mushrooms at all!
What a lack of professionalism! They neither changed my order nor offered to change it.
I paid for a dish I didn't order and I was lucky enough to be sick all night!
After many years and wonderful staff, we will no longer be among your loyal customers!

29/06/2025: Had a nice buffet meal with a couple of friends. But the highlight was most definitely the character meet and greet. Meeting Mr. Smee, Captain Hook, Tigger, Eeyore , and Geppetto. Absolutely heartwarming. Warmly recommended.

13/01/2026: Feedback after 1 year (3 times a week): My sandwiches are never filled; the quantity is very small despite my repeated requests for more. It's even becoming embarrassing to ask every time. Furthermore, regarding the loyalty program, I'm told I can scan my order, but after a few days, I see that it hasn't been recorded in my history (this has happened to me more than ten times), as if they're deliberately doing it to move on to something else. The same goes for coupons; they're never happy, as if we're bothering them, even though it's part of the loyalty program. Moreover, I always try to keep smiling with the staff, who aren't very courteous. I understand that the work is tiring, but they should try to do something to retain customers.
This will be the last time for me, sorry.
I tried to offer constructive criticism, so trying to do something about it is a shame. I'm not the only one complaining.
