04/08/2026: For a simple order of two coffees, three small donuts, and a Happy Meal, the list of shortcomings is long: - No sauces (even though they were paid extra). - No toy (which is the whole point of a Happy Meal!). - Cold fries. - Glasses that were less than clean. And now, let's talk about the donuts. It's nice to be able to choose the flavors at the kiosk… but the employees should actually respect those choices: 0 out of 3 were honored. When I went to see the managers, I almost felt like I was in the wrong simply for asking for the donuts I had ordered. I was greeted by several managers who were clearly annoyed by my request (I reiterate that I simply wanted my three small donuts). And to top it all off, the cherry on the cake 🍒: after demanding my precious doughnuts, I receive them… frozen! If I'd wanted ice cream, I would have ordered it from the kiosk. 🤔 So I go back to ask if this block of speculoos ice cream sprinkled with powdered sugar is normal. I'm told yes, "it's protocol." 🧊 I'm stunned. I've learned that from now on, you have to bring your own microwave, a sponge to wash your own dishes, your own tubes of sauce, and a large bag of courtesy to compensate for the lack of one provided by some employees… All this just to hope to have a pleasant experience there.

03/08/2026: 35 minutes in and our order is still not complete or served. I see that the fries and some sandwiches are prepared on a tray and have been waiting for quite some time; everything must be cold. I can see that the manager would have served them to me without any problem... refund and goodbye McDonald's.

23/08/2026: So glad I stumbled upon this place while visiting Fontainebleau for my second time! Most cafés were shut for the holiday, but this sweet family owned spot was open. Going in alone, I felt right at home immediately, the wife was so kind and welcoming. Sitting by myself with a fantastic coffee and a buttery, flaky croissant served on cute vintage plates was the most relaxing way to start my morning. It's such a cozy, gentle place to just sit and watch the town pass by. Plus, if you want to try some unique Indian fusion food, they have some great options on the menu.

09/07/2026: It's a real shame. There are plenty of options online to indicate the opening hours of the restaurant and the drive-thru separately. When we arrived, it stated that both the restaurant and the drive-thru were still open for plenty of time. Once inside (11 PM), it turned out that eating in the restaurant was no longer possible, even though they indicated that the restaurant and the drive-thru would be open until well past midnight. In the end, we just used the drive-thru, and after having had French McDonald's for 25 years, this was once again not a good one. I don't know what it is with McDonald's in France, but the quality provided is utterly pathetic. Fries cold, definitely reheated for the second time or more, nuggets cold. Fortunately, the burgers were warm. That's why, instead of 1 star, I'm giving 3 stars. I wonder if there is even a single McDonald's in France that is worth 5 stars.

08/07/2026: This is outrageous! My son ate a McMuffin, and the sandwich was full of eggshells! He choked. Do your job better! It's not that complicated. Just imagine, I would have had to take my son to the emergency room. All because you don't know how to do your job.

05/08/2026: The team member who distributed the tasting coffees was very kind and helpful.

05/08/2026: Today a kind gentleman came and offered us a free coffee and ice cream. Honestly, he was incredibly kind, thank you so much :)

14/08/2026: For 10 minutes he watched us while he played instead of paying attention to us. A lack of professionalism.

12/08/2026: Very good and clean McDonald's, but sometimes they forget things (ice cubes, toys, sauces, sandwiches). The staff is welcoming and efficient. I recommend it.

12/04/2026: If you're looking for the best croissants in the world, you'll find them at "Au Cœur de la Mie". For years, we've spent our annual holiday in Recloses and always look forward to enjoying their delicious, handmade, and oven-fresh croissants and baguettes.
