17/03/2024: Came today with a click and collect order.
The order is validated at the checkout, then following an error on the establishment's side, it is canceled, they cannot find it and refuse to reissue it. They therefore ask us to recommend and therefore repay the order, except we had used the loyalty points which were not returned to us, considerably increasing the price.
Not the slightest apology, not the slightest gesture, no goodbye, we left without our order.

Only small flaw, eating on site but without cutlery it's a bit of a shame I had the impression of being in my car.

20/03/2024: We order 2 double cheeseburgers and both are served with the wrong ingredients. I'm bringing back and I won't tell you about the bad reception from a lady in black, short, red hair, blue eyes. Really aggressive behavior that has no reason to be.
In response we deny the bad reception. Well done!!! And supposedly free coffee and sweets which is totally false. Not only is the welcome poor, but they are dishonest and lie. No wonder their rating is so low.

31/03/2024: We stayed with our three children and my husband in this sublime hotel for the baptism of our friends. The hotel is absolutely charming, the decoration is breathtaking, the welcome exceptional and the breakfast of very high quality. The welcome is tailor-made with the layout of family rooms. We had a great time in this hotel in the city center of Castres.
28/03/2024: I have rarely met such kind people.
Employees have the image of the boss.
I recommend that you are passing through as a tourist or on a business trip. Don't look elsewhere. You are in the right place.

The Irish pub sign is like good packaging but the interior remains bland

Waitress on the restaurant/tapas side, dynamic and very polite. Always a little personalized note that makes you feel taken into consideration.
Excellent tapas for a very reasonable price.
A perfect evening. I recommend the place with my eyes closed.
And I would definitely come back.

21/03/2024: Top service from a young team. Very beautiful room decor. A change of scenery guaranteed, it feels like you're in the mountains. The little mebol is the prices and the quantity
The food is good but it's expensive for what it is. For example, the small plate of charcuterie costs almost 9 euros.

I highly recommend.
