20/02/2026: I'm very disappointed with my visit to the McDonald's in Bessoncourt. The service was particularly unpleasant. The staff were cold and unfriendly, and I really felt like I was bothering them. A minimum of politeness and respect towards customers would be appreciated. It's a shame, because it completely ruined the experience, even if everything else was alright. I don't think I'll be returning after being treated like that.

08/02/2026: Today, February 8, 2026, at 11:20 AM, I went to the drive-thru window wanting a decaf coffee and a croissant. I understand it might be too late for a croissant, but still, why doesn't McDonald's Bessoncourt offer decaf? I thought all McDonald's offered the same products, but the young woman at the drive-thru assured me, even though she refused to check, that McDonald's Bessoncourt doesn't offer any decaf (I regularly go to the McDonald's in Belfort or Cernay to get them and there's never a problem).

14/02/2026: Regular customer because it's convenient. However, be careful with the drive-thru... it's not the first time this has happened to me, but this morning... two items, two mistakes... so it's not the end of the world, but dissatisfaction and frustration... I ordered a double Moricette Club... I ended up with a baguette sandwich and two chocolate chip brioche buns, and I received two sugar brioche buns instead... It'll make some people happy, but not me this time...

09/02/2026: I ordered a strawberry Charlotte cake for my son's birthday. When the order arrived, I was told there were no strawberries and that raspberries had been used instead. At that point, they should have contacted me, because I would have chosen a different cake! And to add insult to injury, the name on the birthday plaque was misspelled. You expect better service than in a supermarket, but it's quite the opposite. Never again.

18/01/2026: Meh... I'd never been to KFC before, I wanted to try it... I got an Ultrabox... it was very average for me... the small burger wasn't great... and everything else in the box was very average in terms of taste... in short, I didn't enjoy it... however, I was served quickly.
