22/07/2026: My opinion: very disappointed. The wait to be served and between courses was far too long. Regarding the à la carte dish, the seared ribeye, some fat was to be expected, but gristle was unacceptable! So, quite a bit of waste for a dish costing €36.90. For the three of us, it wasn't a good experience.

28/07/2026: Located near the old town, this restaurant is set back from the road, allowing you to dine on the terrace without the noise of traffic.
The meal was generous and served quickly, with high-quality ingredients for a brasserie. The waiter was helpful and friendly, making for a pleasant experience. It will be a pleasure to return.
27/07/2026: The manager was cold and unpleasant. The mojito was far too sweet—undrinkable—and contained very little ice. The waiter offered neither to replace it nor to correct it; he even had the nerve to ask me if I wanted dessert after serving me this lukewarm, sugary water. A horrible experience.

23/05/2026: I was very disappointed with my visit. I ordered a Big Tasty Rösti but only received a regular Big Tasty; the rösti was completely missing.
When we explained the problem, the manager (I assume) was condescending instead of trying to understand the situation.
Of course, we only had the credit card receipt and not the receipt detailing the exact order, but that doesn't excuse this lack of consideration for customers. Mistakes happen, but the welcome and the way customers are treated are just as important.
13/05/2026: I love the atmosphere, the fun music, and the hot food 🥵. The staff are respectful and lovely. I wanted to give it 6 stars, but it's a shame there are only 5. Bessoncourt is the best McDonald's I've been to in the area.

19/08/2026: The terminals are too sophisticated for me, but the staff are friendly, especially Aminata who is super nice and helpful!! The food is good if you like chicken.
16/08/2026: The table service was great, but the drinks machine didn't work very well and splashed everywhere, spilling half the drinks. What a shame!

21/07/2026: Hello, the Poulaillon Andelnans drive-through is supposedly open until 8 pm... I went there at 7:15 pm, waited 10 minutes, and after 10 minutes, no one came. Very disappointed. Avoid it.
17/07/2026: You need to reorganize your queue at the counter; everyone is cutting in line haphazardly. It's a disaster and causes conflicts. The organization hasn't changed at all; it takes 15 minutes to get a baguette—a catastrophe. One person to serve bread for 10 customers and three serving hot meals for 2 customers—something's not right here.

09/11/2024: Sur les 3 menus à emporter,Ils trouvent le moyen d’oublier de mettre les frites…à chaque que nous allons au Burger King il manque toujours quelques choses à la commande…maintenant je sais que je ne suis pas prête d’y remettre les pieds.
08/09/2024: Ce burger king se dégrade à chaque passage. Manque des produits ! La commande reste un quart d'heure sur le comptoir au lieu d'être servie et arrive bien évidemment froide. Pas de serviette, manque les sauces. Pas une commande qui se passe bien ! Heureusement que les burgers sont bons sinon je n'y mettrais plus les pieds. Mais au bout d'un moment je n'irai plus !!
