13/03/2026: For a retirement party with my colleague, we ordered around €400 worth of delicious treats! It was excellent, very fresh, and beautifully presented! The delivery to Belfort was perfectly on time and the service was very friendly. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using your services again for future events! Thanks again to the manager who gave me such a warm welcome... well done to the whole team!

21/03/2026: Second order in two months from Au Bureau in Belfort. The first time, the bacon on the burger wasn't cooked; it was practically raw... I got a refund through the delivery platform.
And this second time, it seemed okay until I got food poisoning. I spent the whole day throwing up my guts... since it was my only meal yesterday, I have no doubt that this little surprise triggered it 😁 I think things must have changed in the kitchen recently because I've never been so disappointed by this chain in Belfort. One more small detail: both times, the two sauces in the XL cheesy plate were missing...

23/02/2026: I'm a bit disappointed that they don't offer ambulance discounts like all the other McDonald's; they could at least do that, especially since we eat anywhere we can sit down.
23/02/2026: Table service was fairly quick outside of peak hours. The burger modification was done well. It arrived at the table piping hot, not lukewarm or cold.

15/03/2026: The wait is ALWAYS endless, no matter how busy it is.
This time we decided to go with click and collect... what a joke! We called 3 minutes before arriving and ended up waiting a good 30 minutes! And then we left WITHOUT THE BURGERS, WITHOUT THE CRISPY CHEESE, even though we ordered the famous ULTRA BOX, and they gave it to us half empty! What on earth are you doing? The organization needs a serious overhaul!
15/03/2026: It's unbelievable! A 40-minute wait at the KFC drive-thru in Belfort on Sunday evening at 7:30 PM.
You'd think their chicken came from Mexico! 😂 Honestly, the service leaves much to be desired.

Service priorisé aux habitués, les autres doivent patienter !

09/11/2024: Sur les 3 menus à emporter,Ils trouvent le moyen d’oublier de mettre les frites…à chaque que nous allons au Burger King il manque toujours quelques choses à la commande…maintenant je sais que je ne suis pas prête d’y remettre les pieds.
08/09/2024: Ce burger king se dégrade à chaque passage. Manque des produits ! La commande reste un quart d'heure sur le comptoir au lieu d'être servie et arrive bien évidemment froide. Pas de serviette, manque les sauces. Pas une commande qui se passe bien ! Heureusement que les burgers sont bons sinon je n'y mettrais plus les pieds. Mais au bout d'un moment je n'irai plus !!
