07/05/2026: I go there often, like yesterday. I always enjoy it; the muffins are delicious and the atmosphere is great.

23/05/2026: I was very disappointed with my visit. I ordered a Big Tasty Rösti but only received a regular Big Tasty; the rösti was completely missing. When we explained the problem, the manager (I assume) was condescending instead of trying to understand the situation. Of course, we only had the credit card receipt and not the receipt detailing the exact order, but that doesn't excuse this lack of consideration for customers. Mistakes happen, but the welcome and the way customers are treated are just as important.

13/05/2026: I love the atmosphere, the fun music, and the hot food 🥵. The staff are respectful and lovely. I wanted to give it 6 stars, but it's a shame there are only 5. Bessoncourt is the best McDonald's I've been to in the area.

29/04/2026: We went at lunchtime, ate the daily special, which was really very good, and I noticed a great atmosphere among colleagues – it's lovely. Especially in these times.

13/05/2026: Same old story, nobody in the restaurant, the order takes an hour or more to arrive... the tables are filthy even though there are only three people in the restaurant. We definitely won't be back this time.

10/05/2026: Few people were eating in. Even so, there was a wait. The staff were processing drive-thru orders before those eating in. The fries were terrible, to put it politely. They were dry and hard... The quality of the food has declined.
