09/03/2024: Employee not very friendly with the customers at the service and this several times during the time we were there. We looked at each other several times with customers..Smile optional..and enough waiting

08/05/2024: Ordered via machine and took table number ,sat and waited for food, 15 minutes later food arrived COLD , not surprised as alot of food had been waiting on the counter to be delivered to the tables and would be getting cold, waitress so miserable beyond belief !, avoid at all costs.
08/05/2024: Always order errors at this Macdonald, I ask for bacon cheddar fries, no bacon inside, I ask for a mcflurry chocolate topping, no chocolate topping

28/03/2024: Unacceptable!!! Order placed at 7 p.m., after 3 reminders we still have not delivered after more than 2 hours of delay.
Apparently they are overwhelmed, if so, RECRUIT!!!!
24/03/2024: Unacceptable, 1.5 hours of waiting is already a very long time but when you look at the “food” we received, it’s worthy of a joke. We received steaks that were more cooked than good, and especially AN ALREADY BITCHED NUGGET. We will have seen everything, it’s legendary! TO FLEE !!!!

31/08/2023: A little disappointment regarding this place where we usually go. This year, the mood of the waiters (especially waitresses) is not good except for some who are very pleasant. The oysters were a few degrees too hot to be excellent but it's still a place to try during your stay on the island. Be careful, places on the upper terrace are expensive, so get there early!

08/05/2024: Extremely long service, poorly organized and also a cold sandwich.
Being the only fast food restaurants in the area, customers are not the priority.
I don't even understand why senior management doesn't come down.
I don’t know where they are trained but the organization should be reviewed.
Ask for cheese fries and don't have cheese on the fries.
08/05/2024: 1h15 between ordering at the terminal and the arrival in the dining room of my big mac menu... 1h15 waiting 😱... plus, everything is cold... I gave up my ice cream over time.. . I put one star for the young man who brought the tray and who took all the thoughts... without him and his "sorry for the wait" without even daring to look at me, I would not have given any stars... the entire management of this "fast" food needs to be reviewed...

03/04/2024: I ordered a double cheese bacon with extra, it was served to us 20 minutes later even though there was no one in the McDonald's the Burger and served with the sauce even though I asked for it without and when I went to see them he lied re melts one without the extras and without the bacon

24/08/2023: hello brozers, I ordered a tacos with meat (without meat), my meatless tacos with only fries, cheese sauce which resembled michi sauce, incredible taste. the bread was burnt like my grills in the morning, fries without salt, tasted like cardboard. Coke not fresh, I felt sick as soon as I drank it. Server that looked like Naps, so that saved the thing a bit
