21/03/2026: It was our first time in Épinal and it was just perfect: the welcome, the smiling and friendly waitresses, thank you to Daphné for her service. We will be back, the Crazy Horse went well for my husband.

18/03/2026: We had a very good meal. We came on Tuesday, the reopening day, with a limited but very good menu. The next day we came with our dog, who was very welcome, and we also had a very good lunch. There are real chefs in the kitchen, and the service is also very good. I highly recommend it.

20/02/2026: A master chef who delights us with every dish. Thoughtful side dishes, smoked mashed potatoes... A slow-cooked pork shoulder that was simply divine... A crisp yet tender chicken supreme, seared prawns with superb accompaniments... A melt-in-your-mouth sea bass, and the desserts... an incredible chocolate fondant and a light financier with walnut ice cream and speculoos that was simply divine... We had lunch there (the €22.50 menu was excellent) and again in the evening... A truly wonderful experience. Keep up the great work, Chef! Thank you.

13/02/2026: A hidden gem in Raon-l'Étape: Go for it without hesitation! While traveling in the area, I called this restaurant on a whim for lunch, and what a surprise! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a wonderful atmosphere in a modern and stylish setting. What immediately strikes you is the perfect blend of friendliness and professionalism. The service is both professional and warm; you instantly feel at ease. As for the food, the lunch menu is absolutely flawless: The starter: An excellent rabbit terrine. You can taste the "homemade" quality from the first bite, it's undeniable. The main course: A fillet of pollack with sweet potato, all enhanced by an incredible sauce... The chef is right to keep it a secret; it's truly memorable! The dessert: An apple-blueberry clafoutis so delicate it would make any gourmet blush. A truly wonderful discovery! 26/03/2026: The service was perfect, the atmosphere quite pleasant, but the problem lies with the galettes. I find it a shame that they have so many (too many) ingredients. As a result, they feel heavy and overly abundant, but not of high quality, which is a pity (for example, the "seafood" galette should have either salmon, shrimp, or tuna, but not all three; it's too much, in my opinion). It's a shame because the starter was quite good. So I would say that L'Âne Bleu could benefit from using less filling on its galettes to improve the quality of the ingredients.

23/02/2026: Good crepes at an attractive price. I've been invited for lunch there several times and I'm always satisfied. To make a reservation, call after 11 am, as that's when the staff arrives!
