13/01/2026: Pleasant restaurant, very good New Year's meal but it lacked background music.

26/12/2025: It's difficult to rate this restaurant. We went one evening when we were alone with a group. The food is excellent, even if the menu is rather limited.

13/01/2026: We went there on the evening of December 31st for dinner, and it was a perfect evening. The food was excellent, the service friendly and very welcoming. Virginie was very attentive. I highly recommend it!

04/01/2026: A fantastic three-day stay at this hotel with my family. We received a wonderful welcome upon arrival, and the restaurant offered excellent value for money! A special mention to the lady who was there; she was very kind and attentive! We will definitely be back! I highly recommend it.

20/12/2025: Friendly welcome, elaborate menu but overpriced for the area, even in Nancy or Épinal you can find better value for money.

06/09/2024: Very good meal. The Munster almshouse was very good. The shank was also very well cooked. Maybe missing more vegetables, like green beans.

22/01/2026: Beau camping avec piscine ,sanitaire, vaisselle chauffée son prix, avec la carte asci très intéressant seul inconvénients les emplacements cc a la fonte des neige

21/01/2026: We arrived. Power outage, we had to wait over two hours for our pitch... which, in the end, didn't exist. Despite my request, I was told it did exist, but it was nowhere to be found (the previous guest hadn't found it either and had been given a different one). No one came to check on the grounds. After some insistence, my husband said we would set up where there was no one else, as we had been offered a spot at the far end of the campsite, alone behind a building—nice for New Year's Eve. Otherwise, the heated pool is not bad, but there's no place to put towels to dry. Having to walk barefoot on the mats in front of the entrance to get to the pool is not ideal. We were in a campervan. The water tap for filling the tank was broken, so we had to use the tap for rinsing the toilet cassette to fill up. Not very hygienic. At over 40 euros a night... It's not worth it at all. Plus, the computer system was down when we arrived, and we received a reminder for unpaid tourist tax. Not a very pleasant memory of that night at the campsite. The restaurant staff, however, were very friendly.

15/12/2025: I was disappointed with my meal; staff shortages can happen, but people arrived after me and were served before me.

03/11/2025: We came as a couple for the weekend of November 1st, thanks to a Smartbox "wellness" gift voucher. The hotel's common areas are very pretty and perfectly maintained; you can feel the charm of a well-preserved historical building. However, the room left much to be desired: the carpet was dirty and stained, as were the armchairs, the broken roller shutter wouldn't close, and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bed was comfortable, though. As for the spa area, it was unfortunately very disappointing. The hammam (made of plastic) didn't produce steam or the scent of essential oils, and the sauna and heated outdoor pool (23°C in November) were the only facilities available, giving the impression of a somewhat neglected space, especially when you have to walk through completely empty, hospital-like rooms to get to the sauna... It's a shame, because the hotel clearly has the potential and space to offer a more comprehensive wellness center. Fortunately, the reception and restaurant staff are very pleasant and smiling, and the restaurant is a delightful surprise: the food is delicious and the service impeccable. Breakfast is also very comprehensive.

02/11/2025: Excellent hotel. A very warm welcome with a smile. The room was very spacious. We had a delicious meal at the hotel. I highly recommend it.

20/09/2025: Why are reviews being deleted here? I'm considering getting a lawyer if this happens again. The old lady (owner or employee, I don't know) has a thing against people in wheelchairs and has literally chased me away twice! She should be ashamed of herself. I'm also considering filing a discrimination complaint. Impossible!

04/09/2025: Incredibly delicious, sweet, and indulgent treats. The patisserie serves equally delicious coffee, and the lady spoke English (very helpful - thanks again!). There was plenty of space in the back.
