30/03/2026: It's truly delicious, the restaurant is very clean, and the staff is very professional. And what can I say about the owners? They always prioritize the customer's well-being and are exceptionally kind. You can't help but enjoy eating at this restaurant; the portions are very generous.

19/04/2026: The restaurant is well located, near the castle. The welcome and service were quick, but my duck wasn't cooked enough, despite my request, and the pizza of the day was average. It seems that the quantity of meals served has come at the expense of quality. The ice cream was very basic, nothing fancy. The prices were reasonable, and the sangria was good.
18/04/2026: Disappointing "gourmet salad" for 16 euros! A complete joke: a bit of salad, some cheap foie gras, and three undercooked chicken breasts barely cooked enough to make a mock fight—nothing more! The tarte tatin was 7 euros and really not good. The service was passable, although it was difficult to flag down a waiter to get some bread. In short, they claim to be homemade, but it's not worth it. As a native of Pau, I won't be returning to this tourist trap anytime soon.

une addition de 95 € avec une bouteille de vin à 29 € très moyen aussi

Présentation plats très décevante. Poêlée de légumes se résumant à une petite portion de légumes cuits à la vapeur, sans assaisonnement et sans sauce.
