Between the two parking lots, a path winds through the fir trees. Nicely shaded. Stroller accessible with several picnic tables.
Activities: pedal boats, beach, treetop adventure course, mountain bike trails, paintball, and more. Paid parking with restrooms.
The water was green; we couldn't swim. Swimming is prohibited due to water quality tests. A word of advice: check the water quality before you go. We visited on August 22nd.
20/08/2026: Beautiful setting! We wanted to swim in the free area, but unfortunately, cyanobacteria made it impossible.
So we tried the filtered pool: very nice because of the different depths, perfect for the whole family! Despite the crowds, we still found more secluded areas where we could swim. Shaded areas for picnics and laying down towels are fantastic, especially during a heatwave! Perhaps adding a few changing cabins would be a nice touch.
It's just a shame that parking and access to the filtered area are not free… luckily, though, the payment is for the whole day.

The service was very good.
However, for a salad costing almost €17, and listed as a large salad on the menu, it seemed very small. That's a shame.

20/07/2026: By family tradition, I used to stop by Rue des Archers in Lyon to buy quenelles and a Rosette sausage.
Two weeks ago, I bought a Rosette, but I was very disappointed. I don't know if it's just a temporary issue, but the shop is well-refrigerated, or if there's been a change in quality. I won't be stopping there again because the saying about Reynon being good was wrong, but not this time... The fat and the Rosette had a rancid taste... and there was too much fat. The pepper must be too expensive now.
24/06/2026: Still as professional and tasteful as ever, despite the years! A benchmark in the Lyon peninsula! A special mention for the mimosa logs 💗💗, the Belle Aurore Pillow and the foie gras and port tarts....

21/02/2026: Fantastic evening with the Johnny Gallagher concert, great atmosphere. The Boss also sings, and very well, definitely worth doing again 👍.
The waiters and waitresses are wonderful and full of good cheer, which they share 👍. A small suggestion: it would be great to have a nice cold non-alcoholic beer on tap 🍻

19/07/2024: J'ai mis 4 étoiles pour le professionnalisme et l'amabilité du personnel, le cuisto qui a un super grill.... mais par contre on sent le changement : où sont nos traditionnels accompagnements : endives braisées et pomme de terre en robe des champs ????? C inadmissible de les avoir rayer de la carte !!! Nous aimerions les retrouvé sur la carte ...

09/09/2024: Restaurant vieux, banquette défoncée, accueil bof, on dirait que le serveur n'a pas envie de travailler. Service poli mais très lent. 1h30 pour manger le midi alors qu'il y a très peu de monde.
Nourriture comme dans tous les Buffalo, pas de déception.
08/09/2024: Le ménage laisse à désirer, toile d’araignée/ poussière .. et vaisselle sale. Demander de devoir y faire changer.
Par contre serveur au top!
Je déconseille fortement le crumble qui est très sec
