Clearly just put in the oven, without any salt, so... not very juicy and of poor quality. Limit of the lower slope.

11/02/2024: Honestly rubbish. Rude staff, sends you upset. The cuisine is not incredible, everyone can make their presentation on the plate. The menu is misleading because they say a 300g steak but it wasn't even 100g. Maybe 300 before defrosting. I advise against. They better close the restaurant.

Hotel very well located. Very good value for money.
We were a group of 6 people and we were all delighted.
Very clean rooms with bath and toilet in the room.
Very comfortable bedding.
Private parking.
Top breakfast with savory and sweet.
We were welcomed by a charming person. A very helpful, smiling young lady always ready to give us information.
We will return without a problem 👍

Good welcome but room too noisy. In fact, located near a road, I have never seen (heard) so many people per m2 playing loud music in their car in a city as in Haguenau! And if we add the noise from neighboring rooms until late at night...

17/03/2024: ASHAMED ! Don't go there! Overpriced for the poor quality of the meal. 45 minutes for our order to be taken. 40 minutes to have soup and salad and another 30 minutes to receive our so-called sushi and Maki.
The sushi opens when you take it, the seaweed sheet around the Makis is not even placed all the way around and for the slice of salmon above the sushi, either it is much too thick, or you can see the rice through! Plus, there's no taste.
29/02/2024: The food is very good, nothing to complain about.
In terms of service, we see that the waitress is overwhelmed (who is all alone managing the room) and her friendliness takes a hit. It's a shame.

30/03/2024: Friendly staff, easy to park, decent food, for a large brand the pizzas are quite decent, but above all the special offers make the value for money excellent in the era of 14 euro pizza!
30/03/2024: We have just received our order and frankly it's been 3 times that the sauces are not the right ones, it's really not pleasant. And that evening supposedly breaking up when we called back yeah. Why not say it all right away and suggest something else rather than throwing in the towel but we won't eat them. The portion of really ridiculous potatoes €5.50 for a base is unacceptable. And it's not the first time that we have a base that's usually well stocked, or else agree on the quantity to add all the time! Really disappointed. I posted a photo.
And there's no point in replying to a message, a gesture will be appreciated.

04/05/2024: All the ingredients are there to have a pleasant time, the choice of dishes is limited which is a guarantee of quality, the flavors are varied, the service efficient. The cuisine is really excellent, there is no false note and the flavors are well balanced. The wines recommended with each dish pair perfectly. We will gladly come back.
