A cascade of flavors, thank you to Mr. Simon for the wine selection. Thank you to the chef and his entire team who make his dishes so marvelous in both taste and presentation.

02/06/2026: We drove 45 minutes to eat at this restaurant.
The ash was excellent. 5/5
However...
The service was deplorable; something was always missing (even the spoons for dessert...).
The dessert was inedible... Ice cream and topping that looked like it belonged in the subway; I couldn't eat it. The owner, from the middle of the dining room, not even in private, called me out in front of everyone and shouted: "You shouldn't have ordered it if you're not going to eat it!" I didn't want to argue, so I didn't say anything... But the behavior is outrageous! If you serve garbage, don't try to make it worse by telling your customers they can't finish their meal.
